从《网络安全法》看我国个人信息安全法律保护的途径

【摘要】：随着全球经济以及信息技术的发展,当今世界已经迈入了互联网时代。而与此同时,网络安全作为互联网时代的重要组成部分,也逐渐进入公众的视野。其中,个人信息泄露问题的日渐恶化,对个人信息安全的法律保护也提出了更高的要求。因此,本文将通过分析当今互联网时代下我国个人信息安全的现状,并梳理个人信息安全所面临的挑战,进而回溯个人信息安全保护在法制上的演进发展;此外,通过研究刚出台的《网络安全法》,从而探究网络的个人信息安全保护的法律途径。在此基础上,对个人信息安全法律保护未来的发展趋势以及发展路径提出个人拙见。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economy and information technology, the world has entered the Internet era. At the same time, network security as an important part of the Internet era, also gradually into the public view. Among them, the problem of personal information leakage is worsening day by day, and the legal protection of personal information security has also put forward higher requirements. Therefore, this paper will analyze the current situation of personal information security in the Internet era, and comb the challenges faced by personal information security, and then trace the evolution and development of personal information security protection in the legal system. In addition, through the study of the Network Security Law, this paper probes into the legal ways of the personal information security protection of the network. On this basis, personal views on the future development trend and development path of legal protection of personal information security are put forward.
