精细化管理在施工成本控制中的应用与研究

【摘要】：随着我国建筑产业的发展,特别是改革开放以来,施工企业之间的竞争十分激烈,低价中标已成为施工企业无法避免的竞争手段。在这样的市场环境中,如何在保证工程质量的前提下适当的降低施工成本,甚至是在提升质量的前提下降低施工成本成为各企业必须面对的问题。这样就导致了为了提高工程质量、降低施工成本的精细化管理成了企业的必然选择。与此同时,精细化管理也是需要一个与之匹配的社会环境的,目前国内的管理环境、技术环境、社会环境尚无法达到相应的水平,行业整体的合约精神、认真的做事态度、工人的自身素质与国外相比仍然具有较大的差距。目前国内的社会环境说到底是无法完全照搬照抄国外精细化管理的,但这不是止步不前的理由,出路是循序渐进,一步一步的实现符合中国国情的精细化管理。所以,实现国外模式的“中国化”,建立适合国内社会环境的施工精细化管理,逐步推行精细化管理是目前企业管理的出路所在。本文从施工项目成本精细化管理的过程控制、人力资源、材料管理等方面进行精细化的分析与研究。通过对某工程的精细化成本管理实践,将建筑工程施工成本精细化管理的理论研究成果及精细化管理的各项措施在实践中加以全面应用,取得了良好的工程效果。可供国内企业在精细化管理方面借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of construction industry in China, especially since the reform and opening up, the competition between construction enterprises is very fierce, and winning the bid at low price has become an inevitable means of competition for construction enterprises.In such a market environment, how to reduce the construction cost properly under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project, even in the premise of improving the quality, becomes the problem that every enterprise must face.In order to improve the engineering quality and reduce the construction cost, the fine management has become the inevitable choice of the enterprise.At the same time, fine management also needs a matching social environment. At present, the domestic management environment, the technological environment, and the social environment are still unable to reach the corresponding level, the overall contract spirit of the industry, and a serious attitude towards doing things.The worker's own quality still has the big disparity compared with the foreign country.At present, the domestic social environment is unable to copy the fine management of foreign countries completely, but this is not the reason to stop making progress, the way out is to step by step, step by step to realize the meticulous management in accordance with the national conditions of China.Therefore, it is the outlet of enterprise management to realize the "Chinese mode" of foreign mode, to establish the construction fine management suitable for the domestic social environment, and to carry out the fine management step by step.In this paper, the process control, human resources and material management of construction project cost refinement management are analyzed and studied.Through the practice of fine cost management of a certain project, the theoretical research results of fine management of construction cost of construction project and various measures of fine management are applied in practice, and good engineering results are obtained.It can be used for reference by domestic enterprises in fine management.
