基于开放住宅理论的钢结构住宅设计研究

【摘要】：当前,国家在住宅建设中大力推广“产业化模式”,对于推动我国钢结构住宅的发展具有重大意义。钢结构体系作为新型住宅建筑结构形式,具备优良的材料力学性能和便于工业化生产的优点,适用于住宅建筑领域。而现阶段钢结构住宅设计仍沿用传统方式,框架结构优势没有充分发挥,无法满足户型多样性需求。开放住宅理论体系为钢结构住宅套型的多样性设计提供了有力依据：一方面通过合理的结构布置,包括抗侧力体系设置、柱网跨度等,为钢结构住宅提供多样化设计的基础；另一方面通过在钢框架结构内讨论套型的灵活可变性以适应不同人群的不同需求。开放住宅理论对我国钢结构住宅的发展具有重要的指导与借鉴意义。本文通过梳理开放住宅理论的脉络,总结其与钢结构住宅设计相关的研究成果,以此作为研究钢结构住宅套型设计的理论基础。同时,本文将整理和归纳产业化背景下钢结构住宅的平面的技术手段与特殊要求,对套型设计中存在的不足提出合理化建议,初步总结钢结构住宅适应性设计原则及方法,为提出符合产业化钢住宅的套型设计要求奠定基础,为促进我国住宅产业整体转型升级尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:At present , the state has made great efforts to promote the industrialization mode in the housing construction , which is of great significance to the development of the steel structure residence in China . As a new type of residential building structure , the steel structure system has the advantages of excellent material mechanics performance and convenient industrial production , and is suitable for the field of residential buildings .

The open house theory system provides a powerful basis for the diversity design of steel structure residence . On the one hand , through reasonable structural arrangement , including the setting of the anti - side force system , the span of the column , etc . , it provides the basis for the diversification design of the steel structure residence ;
On the other hand , the flexible variability of the type is discussed in the steel frame structure to suit the different needs of different people . The open house theory has important guidance and reference for the development of steel structure residence in China .

By combing open house theory , this paper summarizes the research results related to the design of steel structure residence as the theoretical basis for studying the design of steel structure residence . At the same time , this paper will arrange and sum up the technical means and special requirements of steel structure residence in the background of industrialization .
