立体绿化设计在高层居住社区中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着中国城市化进程的加快,城市人口密度也逐步增高,导致城市的居住环境发生改变,高层居住社区的出现缓解了因人口密度过高给城市带来的压力,也标志着居住环境发生了根本性的改变。伴随着社会的进步,人们的居住意识也在发生改变,对生活环境的追求越来越高。在高层居住社区的环境中,内部空间环境质量的提高是生活环境良好的重要标志之一。高层居住社区因自身的独特性给居民带来了诸多问题,比如建筑体量大带来压迫感,远离地面的恐慌感等。经过分析在这种特定的环境内,可以通过户外环境的营造来进行改善,打破传统的平面绿化,利用竖向空间进行绿化设计。比如利用墙面绿化、坡地绿化的形式,这样,植物在竖向空间的增高有效的弱化了建筑的体量;利用屋顶进行绿化设计,拉近了高层居民与地面的距离;还包括廊架、栏杆的绿化等等。高层居住社区中的内部空间面积较大,有利于植被种植造型和形式的扩展。这种设计手法提高了高层居民的绿视率,增加了绿地面积,同时也丰富了景观层次。本文就以此为切入点,通过探索与调查,希望研究出利用立体绿化的形式使高层居住社区的环境能更加舒适宜人的方法。 本文首先分析高层居住社区、立体绿化等相关领域的背景及发展情况,进而突出体现了此选题的意义。在第二章分别从立体绿化的概念、历史、效益及设计形式来对立体绿化进行阐述,设计形式包括屋顶绿化、墙体绿化、棚架绿化等多种,因为设计形式各异,呈现在高层居住社区中的绿化形式也具有多样性的特点。第三章阐述了高层居住社区的背景及发展概况,综合分析了高层居住社区的特点,建筑体量的庞大、人口密度的高度集中、雷同单调的建筑外观,都在不同程度上为居民带来了一些消极影响,譬如高度、声音、视觉差距都会导致居民的恐慌心理。因为高层居住社区的独特性,光照和风向的特征也不同于低层和多层的特点,第四章则先从这一方面入手,分析其特点并讨论在此特点下植物应该如何配置,为后面立体绿化在高层居住社区中的实施做了铺垫,最后以济南市官扎营小区的景观设计为实例,对之前探索出的立体绿化形式进行有效实施。 本文的创新点,就是通过研究分析,探索出几种可在高层居住社区中实现的立体绿化形式,目的就是通过增大的绿地面积、较高的绿视率以及丰富的景观层次,为居民营造出更舒适、富于情趣的生活空间。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the urban population density has gradually increased, leading to a change in the living environment of the city, and the emergence of high-rise residential communities has alleviated the pressure brought to the city by the high population density. It also marks a fundamental change in the living environment. With the progress of society, people's living consciousness is changing, and the pursuit of living environment is higher and higher. In the environment of high-rise residential community, the improvement of internal space environment quality is one of the important signs of good living environment. High-rise residential communities have brought many problems to the residents because of their own uniqueness, such as a large building size, a sense of panic away from the ground, and so on. In this particular environment, the outdoor environment can be improved, the traditional plane greening can be broken, and the vertical space can be used for greening design. For example, in the form of wall greening and slope greening, in this way, the increase of plants in vertical space effectively weakens the volume of buildings; the use of roofs for greening design reduces the distance between the high-rise residents and the ground; and also includes the veranda frame. Green railings and so on. The inner space area of the high-rise residential community is large, which is beneficial to the expansion of vegetation planting modeling and form. This design method improves the green view rate of the high-rise residents, increases the green space area, and enriches the landscape level. This article regards this as the cut-in point, through the exploration and the investigation, hopes to study the way to make the environment of the high-rise residential community more comfortable and pleasant by using the form of stereoscopic greening. This paper first analyzes the background and development of high-rise residential community, stereoscopic greening and other related fields, and then highlights the significance of this topic. In the second chapter, the concept, history, benefit and design form of stereoscopic greening are expounded respectively. The design forms include roof greening, wall greening, scaffolding greening and so on, because the design forms are different. The greening forms in the high-rise residential communities also have the characteristics of diversity. The third chapter describes the background and development of the high-rise residential community, comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the high-rise residential community, the large volume of buildings, the high concentration of population density, similar to the monotonous architectural appearance. All of them bring some negative effects to residents in varying degrees, such as height, sound, visual gap will lead to panic. Because of the uniqueness of the high-rise residential community, the characteristics of light and wind direction are different from those of the lower and the multi-level. Chapter four begins with this aspect, analyzes its characteristics and discusses how plants should be allocated under this characteristic. Finally, taking the landscape design of the Guanying district in Jinan as an example, the paper carries out the effective implementation of the previously explored three-dimensional greening form. The innovation of this paper is to explore several kinds of three-dimensional greening forms that can be realized in high-rise residential communities through research and analysis. The purpose of this paper is to increase green space area, higher green vision rate and rich landscape level. Create a more comfortable and interesting living space for the residents.
