【摘要】：探索住房保障水平的测度方法,是制定住房政策的重要依据。本研究使用公共管理理论、社会保障理论和住房经济理论的跨学科研究方法构建模型,定量的研究住房保障水平和财政投入,探求建立城市住房保障水平和住房保障投入的理论模型,界定政府与市场的责任边界,对中国29个大中城市住房保障水平进行测算和城市间对比分析。本研究对制定住房发展规划具有适用性和可行性。
[Abstract]:To explore the method to measure housing security level, is an important basis for the formulation of housing policy. This study uses the theory of public management, interdisciplinary research methods, theory of social security and housing economic theory model, quantitative research on the level of housing security and financial investment, to build city housing investment level and the theoretical model of housing security, definition the responsibility of the government and the market boundaries, comparative analysis and calculation of China city between 29 large and medium-sized city housing security level. This study has the applicability and feasibility of the development of housing development planning.
