街区制与宜居宜业

【摘要】：近日,国务院出台了《关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》,其中,"街区制"的提出引发了公众的强烈反响。本采访对《意见》出台的背景及意义进行了解读,并就街区制的出发点、公众误解、实际意义及落地形式等方面展开了讨论。随后,对《意见》总体要求中提出的"宜居宜业"进行了阐释,并从公共管理角度分析了建设"宜居宜业"的高密度混合用地城市存在的困难与挑战。
[Abstract]:Recently, the State Council issued a number of opinions on Further Strengthening the management of urban planning and construction, among which the proposal of "block system" has aroused a strong public repercussion. This interview has unscramble the background and significance of the introduction of the "opinion", and unfolded the starting point of the block system, the public misunderstanding, the practical significance and the form of landing. Then, it explains the "livable suitable industry" proposed in the general requirements of the opinion, and analyzes the difficulties and challenges in the construction of the high density mixed land city in the construction of "livable suitable industry" from the perspective of public management.
