环境嵌入、知识整合与集群企业创新能力关系的实证

【摘要】：文章描述了环境嵌入、知识整合与集群企业创新能力之间的关系,并选择广东和福建两个省份产业集群内的企业为样本对模型进行了实证检验。研究结果发现,集群企业创新能力的演化具有明显的环境嵌入性,知识整合依靠几个维度可以全部或局部地在环境嵌入与集群企业创新能力当中发挥媒介作用。此外,还引入地区差异这一控制变量,研究发现,不同地区环境嵌入特征对集群企业创新能力的影响具有显著差异性。
[Abstract]:This paper describes the relationship among environment embedding, knowledge integration and innovation ability of cluster enterprises, and selects enterprises in industrial clusters in Guangdong and Fujian provinces as samples to test the model. The results show that the evolution of innovation capability of cluster enterprises has obvious environmental embeddedness, and knowledge integration can play a mediating role in environmental embedding and innovation ability of cluster enterprises in whole or in part depending on several dimensions. In addition, the control variable of regional difference is introduced. It is found that there are significant differences in the influence of different regional environmental embedding characteristics on the innovation ability of cluster enterprises.
