【摘要】:随着信息化的推进,商务智能技术的飞速发展,管理者不再因为信息的不对称、海量的业务数据而头疼,基于业务数据的商务智能技术巧妙解决这一难题,通过数据的分析、整合,挖掘业务数据背后的潜在价值,使正确的信息在正确的时间流向决策者。基于大众信息源的城市管理系统,改变传统城市管理模式即不同责任然后分配到不同的机构公共管理,直接由城市居民和政府管理者产生庞大的城市业务数据,进行分类数据处理,整合,数据转换为信息,并得到相关的报告。商务智能与城市管理系统的结合,提高城市管理的能动性,有效地提高政府服务管理能力,并使现有的资源发挥出最大的效能。论文阐述了商务智能相关技术研究、城市管理业务流程分析方法,通过大量关键技术的研究,利用Pentaho商务智能平台,描绘了构建城市管理商务智能系统的具体实现过程。首先调研城市管理模式和商务智能的发展现状,提出了基于大众信息源的城市管理商务智能系统的必要性。然后介绍了系统所涉及的关键技术,包括了商务智能系统的应用技术、Pentaho商务智能平台和工具的介绍,了解系统技术背景。分析城市管理的需求,构建商务智能系统架构和主要功能模块,其中数据分析模块、数据访问控制模块和数据预测模块是商务智能系统的核心,并详细描述了这三个模块的设计和实现过程。该商务智能帮助政府有效利用其大量的业务数据,并对城市管理的关键绩效指标进行监督和评估。论文的创新在于首次提出基于大众信息源的城市管理商务智能系统,并将商务流程分析、城市管理与商务智能三者结合在一起。全面的描述从城市管理的业务分析、商务智能的设计到最后的系统实现进行研究与分析,为商务智能的应用增添了新的分析范例。并且本项目完全基于的开源商务智能分析平台,具备完整的数据分析过程,结合数据挖掘技术构建城市管理预测模型,对开源商务智能系统设计和开发有重要的参考意义。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of information technology and the rapid development of business intelligence technology, managers no longer have a headache because of the asymmetry of information and massive business data. The business intelligence technology based on business data solves this problem skillfully, and through the analysis of data, Integrate and tap the underlying value of business data to enable the right information to flow to decision makers at the right time. The urban management system based on the mass information source changes the traditional urban management mode, that is, different responsibility and then distributes to different institutions and public administration, and produces huge urban business data directly by urban residents and government administrators. Process, integrate, convert data to information, and get related reports. The combination of business intelligence and urban management system can improve the dynamic role of urban management, effectively improve the ability of government service management, and make the existing resources give full play to the maximum efficiency. In this paper, the research of business intelligence related technology and the analysis method of city management business process are described. Through the research of a large number of key technologies and the use of Pentaho business intelligence platform, the concrete realization process of constructing city management business intelligence system is described. Firstly, the development status of urban management mode and business intelligence is investigated, and the necessity of city management business intelligence system based on mass information source is put forward. Then the key technologies involved in the system are introduced, including the application technology of the business intelligence system and the introduction of Pentaho business intelligence platform and tools, and the background of the system technology. This paper analyzes the requirements of urban management, constructs the architecture and main functional modules of business intelligence system, including data analysis module, data access control module and data prediction module, which are the core of business intelligence system. The design and implementation of the three modules are described in detail. The business intelligence helps the government to effectively utilize its large amount of business data and monitor and evaluate key performance indicators of urban management. The innovation of this paper is to put forward the city management business intelligence system based on mass information for the first time, and combine business process analysis, city management and business intelligence together. From the business analysis of urban management, the design of business intelligence to the final implementation of the system for research and analysis, for the application of business intelligence to add a new example of analysis. And this project is based on the open source business intelligence analysis platform, with a complete data analysis process, combined with data mining technology to build a city management prediction model, open source business intelligence system design and development has an important reference significance.
