青年教师公共管理类课程案例教学提升的研究

【摘要】:运用案例教学法进行公共管理类课程教学的意义在于能够丰富教学方法,提高教学质量和教学效果,培养应用型公共管理类人才。青年教师在案例教学上存在的问题包括公共管理案例储备能力欠缺、课堂案例教学驾驭能力不足、课后教学反思与总结不够等,应提高青年教师在公共管理课上对案例教学的思想重视程度,健全制度保障体系,强化个人自觉意识,促进青年教师公共管理类课程案例教学能力的提升。
[Abstract]:The significance of using case teaching method in public management course teaching lies in enriching teaching methods, improving teaching quality and teaching effect, and cultivating applied public management talents. The problems of young teachers in case teaching include the lack of public management case reserve ability, the insufficient control ability of classroom case teaching, the insufficient reflection and summary of after-class teaching, etc. Young teachers should pay more attention to the case teaching in public management class, perfect the system guarantee system, strengthen the consciousness of individual consciousness, and promote the case teaching ability of young teachers in public management courses.
