广东深化行政体制改革的着力点

【摘要】：正广东财经大学公共管理学院副教授戴昌桥承担的广东省2013年重大资助项目子课题《广东深化改革的主攻方向、重点难点和有效路径——制度红利视角的研究》对广东深化行政体制改革问题进行深入研究。研究认为,当前广东深化行政体制改革现已取得一定成效,形成许多改革优势,但还面临着许多问题亟待解决,研究成果提出了继续深化改革的着力点。一是加大推进粤北、粤西、粤东地区市、县、乡镇级政府大部制改革,积极转变、整合各级政府职能,精简各级政府机构和人员,努力打造出便民、利民、高效、廉洁政府。
[Abstract]:Dai Changqiao, an associate professor at the School of Public Administration of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, is undertaking a major subproject of Guangdong's 2013 major financial support project < the main direction of Guangdong's deepening reform. A study of the key difficulties and effective paths: the Perspective of Institutional dividend. A further study on the deepening of Administrative system Reform in Guangdong Province. The study holds that Guangdong has made some achievements in deepening the reform of administrative system and has formed many reform advantages, but it is still facing many problems to be solved. The research results put forward the point of continuing to deepen the reform. First, it is necessary to increase efforts to promote the reform of the large department system of government at the level of cities, counties, towns and villages in northern Guangdong, western Guangdong, and eastern Guangdong, actively transform and integrate government functions at all levels, streamline government institutions and personnel at all levels, and strive to create a government that is convenient, beneficial, efficient, and clean.
