公共管理视野中的鄂尔多斯市蒙古语言文字使用情况研究

【摘要】：本文运用公共管理相关理论分析了鄂尔多斯市蒙古语言文字使用现状和存在问题,探寻了解决的办法。 文章由引言、主要内容(三个部分)、总结和附件组成。主要内容包括鄂尔多斯市蒙古语言文字工作现状、鄂尔多斯市社会市面用文蒙汉两种文字并用情况、鄂尔多斯市翻译工作等三个部分。在第一部分里简单介绍蒙古语言文字和鄂尔多斯市概况后,从民族教育、民族文化等方面论述了近年来鄂尔多斯市为了扩大蒙古语言文字学习使用范围所采取的措施。第二部分里结合公共管理相关内容,重点介绍了鄂尔多斯市社会市面用文蒙汉两种文字并用情况。这一部分中先罗列了自治区和鄂尔多斯市制定的相关法律法规,主要介绍了鄂尔多斯市网上牌匾审核系统,最后分析了社会市面用文管理工作存在的问题,提出了解决意见和建议。第三部分从公文翻译和会议材料翻译等两个方面对全市的翻译工作进行了梳理,在此基础上提出了提高工作效率的一些建议。总结部分在对鄂尔多斯市蒙古语言文字使用情况进行了宏观综述的基础上,对全文内容进行了总结。附件部分是鄂尔多斯市招录蒙汉兼通大学毕业生计划。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Mongolian language and characters in Ordos by using the theory of public management, and explores the solutions. The article is composed of introduction, main content (three parts), summary and attachment. The main contents include the current situation of Mongolian language and characters in Ordos City, the situation of the two characters used in the social market of Ordos city, and the translation work of Ordos city. After a brief introduction of Mongolian language and characters and the general situation of Ordos city in the first part, this paper discusses the measures taken by Ordos city in recent years to expand the scope of Mongolian language and character learning from the aspects of ethnic education and national culture. In the second part, combined with the contents of public management, the author introduces the use of the two characters in the social market of Ordos. This part lists the relevant laws and regulations made by the autonomous region and Ordos city, mainly introduces the online plaque audit system of Ordos city, and finally analyzes the problems existing in the management of social market documents. Some suggestions and suggestions are put forward. The third part combs the translation work of the whole city from the aspects of official document translation and conference material translation and puts forward some suggestions to improve the efficiency of the work. The summary part summarizes the content of the full text on the basis of the macro overview of the use of Mongolian language and characters in Ordos. The attached part is Ordos City recruit Mongolian Han-Tong University graduates program.
