陶瓷贴花与裁剪的方法研究

【摘要】:为了在网上进行虚拟陶瓷艺术品展览,需要对现有的陶瓷艺术品进行采样,作为完整的三维图像显示在计算机中。然而,目前拍摄的图片基本按位图形式表示,并且是二维图片,无法对图片中的陶瓷艺术品进行旋转等操作。只是看看图片而已,无法实现真正的虚拟陶瓷艺术品的展示。为此,本文参阅了国内外关于陶瓷贴花与纹理映射的文献资料,对纹理映射的过程进行详细分析。发现要达到真正虚拟现实的陶瓷艺术品。首先,要对陶瓷品的三维图形进行矢量化,同时,要把陶瓷品上的图片剥离下来,再按陶瓷贴花的形式贴回到矢量化后的旋转曲面上。于是,整个经过矢量化后并存在贴图旋转曲面可以进行展示的操作。在这里,涉及到了几个问题,首先是陶瓷品图像如何矢量化,陶瓷品上的图案如何剥离,而且由于图像采样的局限性,拍摄相片不能把整个陶瓷品的图案全部获取,只能把采样的正面取出,背面需要重新拍摄进行采样,于是,贴图时要求多个图片进行很好拼接等。钱苏斌针对旋转曲面图像的矢量化做了研究,实现了三维选择曲面的重建[1]。侯宏伟的论文对纹理映射进行了一定的研究[5]。本文对图案如何剥离以及贴图如何很好拼接进行了研究,提出了一种反纹理映射的方法来提取纹理图片,并将得到的纹理图片进行了融合拼接合成。然后将得到完整的纹理图片再映射到旋转曲面上,真正完成陶瓷艺术品的虚拟化过程。其中着重研究了轮廓提取,正反纹理映射,剥离纹理图片,图像融合拼接等方面的内容,对相关技术进行了优化和改进。最后,在VC环境下,实现了一个陶瓷贴花纹理获取与裁剪的模拟demo,获得了较好的效果。 本文主要讲述了以下几个方面的内容: 1:需要建立虚拟映射函数关系,需要知道纹理映射的过程。首先介绍了纹理映射的具体过程,以及一些注意的事项。 2:介绍了反纹理映射的方法。首先需要针对不同的半径创建虚拟映射,因此需要获取旋转曲面的半径数组,以圆柱体为例开始由简单到复杂的过程,最后能够获取旋转曲面的虚拟映射关系数组。 3:利用虚拟映射关系数组进行反映射,获取新的纹理图片。在这过程中会损失部分点。以空白点来填充后需要进行图像修复工作,介绍了两种常用的图像修复技术,最后选择双线性插值的方法进行处理。 4:由于图像采样的问题,获得的新的纹理图片不能很好的围绕整个旋转曲面,因此进行多次采样,将获取的新的纹理图片进行图像拼接,以此获得完整的纹理图片。 5:最后在VC环境下实现上述研究内容,取得了较好的效果为用户提供了良好的交互环境进行操作。
[Abstract]:In order to carry out the virtual ceramic art exhibition on the Internet, it is necessary to sample the existing ceramic works of art and display them in the computer as a complete 3D image.However, the images taken at present are basically represented in bitmap form, and they are two-dimensional images, which can not rotate the ceramic works of art in the pictures and so on.Just look at the picture, can not achieve the real virtual ceramic art display.In this paper, the process of texture mapping is analyzed in detail by referring to domestic and international literature on ceramic decals and textures mapping.Find ceramic art to achieve real virtual reality.Firstly, the three-dimensional graphics of ceramic products should be vectorized. At the same time, the pictures of ceramic products should be stripped off and then pasted back to the rotating surface after vectorization according to the form of ceramic decals.Therefore, the whole after vectorization and the existence of map rotation surface can be displayed operation.Here, there are several problems involved, first of all, how to vectorize the image of ceramic products, how to peel the patterns on ceramic products, and because of the limitations of image sampling, it is impossible to take photos to obtain all the patterns of the whole ceramic products.The front of the sample can only be taken out, the back needs to be re-photographed to sample, so the mapping requires many pictures to be well stitched and so on.Qian Subin studied the vectorization of rotating surface image and realized the reconstruction of 3D selective surface [1].Hou Hongwei's thesis has carried on the certain research to the texture mapping [5].In this paper, we study how to peel the pattern and how to splice the texture well. A method of anti-texture mapping is proposed to extract the texture image, and the resultant texture image is fused and synthesized.Then the whole texture image is mapped to the rotating surface, and the virtualization process of ceramic art is completed.Among them, the contents of contour extraction, forward and inverse texture mapping, peel texture image, image fusion and stitching are studied, and the related techniques are optimized and improved.Finally, in VC environment, a ceramic decal texture acquisition and clipping simulation demo is realized, and a good effect is obtained.This paper mainly describes the following aspects:1: need to establish virtual mapping function relationship, need to know the process of texture mapping.Firstly, the paper introduces the process of texture mapping and some points for attention.2: the method of inverse texture mapping is introduced.Firstly, we need to create virtual mapping for different radii, so we need to obtain the radius array of rotation surface, take cylinder as an example to start the process from simple to complex, finally we can obtain the virtual mapping relation array of rotation surface.3: using virtual mapping relation array to reflect and obtain new texture images.Part of the point is lost in the process.Two common image restoration techniques are introduced, and bilinear interpolation is used to process them.4: because of the problem of image sampling, the new texture image can not revolve around the whole surface well, so the new texture image can be stitched to get the complete texture picture.Finally, the above research contents are realized in VC environment, and good results are obtained for users to operate in a good interactive environment.
