[Abstract]:On February 5th 1956, "People's Daily" and "Beijing Daily" published in their respective second pages a large number of feature articles on the restoration of the original characteristics and the better taste of the Donglai Shun Mongolian Hot Pot. The former is entitled "make Mongolian Hot Pot of Donglai Shun more delicious", while the latter is entitled "better to eat". After the publication of the article, it has aroused all circles of society, especially the people of the capital city.
