团队情景意识的概念、模型及测量方法

【摘要】：团队情景意识(team situation awareness,TSA)是研究团队绩效的重要概念。目前研究者对团队情景意识的研究还处在较为初级的阶段,关于团队情景意识的概念还争论较多,主要从团队个体和团队整体层面对团队情景意识进行定义。在此基础上,主流的团队情景意识的概念模型也分为基于个体情景意识与共享情景意识的模型和分布式团队情景意识模型。而评价团队情景意识的方法目前主要是以下3种,分别是基于模型测试法、专家评价法和CAST(coordinated awareness of situation by teams)方法。本文主要介绍了以上这些内容,并且提出下一步团队情景意识的研究应当着重于提出可操作性强的概念模型以及方便应用实施的测量方法。
[Abstract]:Team situational awareness (team situation awareness,TSA) is an important concept to study team performance. At present, the research of team situational consciousness is still in the primary stage, and the concept of team situational consciousness is still controversial, mainly from the team individual and team overall level to define the team situational consciousness. On this basis, the mainstream conceptual model of team situational awareness is also divided into individual situational awareness and shared situational awareness model and distributed team situational awareness model. At present, there are three methods to evaluate team situational consciousness, which are based on model test, expert evaluation and CAST (coordinated awareness of situation by teams). This paper mainly introduces the above contents and points out that the next step in the study of team situational consciousness should be to put forward a conceptual model with strong maneuverability and a measurement method which is easy to apply and implement.
