基于项目导向的创新型企业组织管理能力评价

【摘要】:随着人类社会向知识经济的全面转型,创新日益成为促进经济增长和提高科技竞争力的关键。尽管我国企业的创新绩效已取得了较大的进展,但在企业创新活动的组织管理上仍有待改进,因此从企业组织层面建立适宜创新的、行之有效的创新活动的组织管理模式是非常有必要的。建立适合创新的企业组织管理模式,首先要清楚企业组织管理存在哪些不适应创新活动要求的地方,因此需要对企业创新活动的组织管理状况进行评价。基于此,本文以现代项目管理理论和创新管理理论为基础,对基于项目导向的创新型企业评价进行了研究。本文通过对项目导向型组织及创新型企业相关文献的研究,提出了基于项目导向的包括战略管理、组织文化、管理机制、组织体制和组织创新管理能力及组织成员创新管理能力六个要素的创新型企业组织管理能力评价模型,并对其有效性进行了验证;基于AHP方法,给出了评价指标的赋权;结合专家调查法,对现行基于项目导向的创新型企业组织管理能力进行了评价;依据评价结果,绘制了基于项目导向的创新型企业组织管理能力评价的蛛网模型;借鉴逆向层次分析法,诊断了基于项目导向的创新型企业的健康状况,提出了基于项目导向的创新型企业组织管理能力提升流程;最后以A企业为例,对基于项目导向的创新型企业组织管理能力评价方法进行了实证分析。研究结论对提升基于项目导向的创新型企业组织管理能力具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the overall transformation from human society to knowledge economy, innovation is becoming the key to promote economic growth and improve the competitiveness of science and technology. Although great progress has been made in the innovation performance of enterprises in our country, the organizational management of enterprise innovation activities still needs to be improved. The effective organization management mode of innovation activity is very necessary. In order to establish an enterprise organization management model suitable for innovation, it is necessary to make clear what parts of enterprise organization management do not meet the requirements of innovation activities. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the organizational management status of enterprise innovation activities. Based on the theory of modern project management and innovation management, this paper studies the evaluation of innovative enterprises based on project orientation. Based on the research of project-oriented organization and innovative enterprise, this paper puts forward the project-based including strategic management, organizational culture, management mechanism. The evaluation model of innovative enterprise's organizational management ability of the six elements of organizational system, organizational innovation management ability and organizational member's innovative management ability, and its validity are verified. Based on the method of AHP, the weight of evaluation index is given, and the ability of organization and management of innovative enterprises based on project orientation is evaluated with the method of expert investigation. According to the evaluation results, the cobweb model of the evaluation of organizational management ability of innovative enterprises based on project orientation is drawn. Based on the reverse Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper diagnoses the health status of innovative enterprises based on project orientation, and puts forward the process of improving the organizational management ability of innovative enterprises based on project orientation. Finally, taking enterprise A as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the evaluation method of organizational management ability of innovative enterprises based on project orientation. The conclusion is helpful to improve the organizational management ability of innovative enterprises based on project-oriented.
