【摘要】：1912年,朱丽叶·洛创立了美国女童军,它是一个专为女孩服务的校外教育组织。该组织一直强调培养女孩的领导力,以确保她们成为未来的变革者与领导者。如今,美国女童军已经成为世界上培养女孩领导力的先锋。本论文梳理、总结其成功的经验,以期我国相关的教育组织学习与借鉴。本论文由绪论、正文四章和结语六部分组成。绪论部分界定了"美国女童军"和"领导力"的概念,阐明了本研究的理论与实践意义,综述了国内外研究现状,最后介绍了本论文的研究方法。第一章介绍了美国女童军领导力培养的概况,主要梳理了美国女童军的发展历史以及不同时期培养女孩领导力观念和内容的变化。美国女童军,从20世纪初期到20世纪中期,强调培养女孩的个体领导力,以改变她们的命运;20世纪中后期,强调培养女孩的内心领导力,为社会提供服务;21世纪至今,强调培养女孩的团队领导力,让世界更加美好。第二章论述了美国女童军领导力培养的组织,主要研究了美国女童军的行政机构、人员分配、制度保障以及财政支持。美国女童军是非营利性的机构,由政府拨款、社会捐助等资金支持,依靠众多的志愿者作为义工、专业职工、女童军成人领袖以及董事会成员等。他们也负责开发、推广女童军领导力项目以及带领或协助女童军们完成各种相关活动。在小队制度、晋级制度与激励制度的保障下,女孩们的领导力得到长足的发展。第三章美国女童军领导力培养包括"领导力历程"专项项目和领导力培养辅助项目。依据女孩身心发展的特点,女童军组织为六个级别的女童军分别设置了适龄的"领导力历程"项目,有效地培养了各阶段女孩的领导力。领导力培养的辅助项目主要包括饼干销售项目、STEM项目、野营以及其他户外运动项目,以增加女孩们的领导经验,提升她们的领导力。第四章研究了美国女童军领导力培养的评价。美国女童军把领导力有机地分解成发现、联系和行动三种能力。每一种能力又细分了五个评价指标,并且每一指标相对应的评价内容与女童军所处的级别相关联。女童军组织尊重了女孩的身心发展规律,有效地评价了女孩各方面的领导素养和技能。结语部分总结了美国女童军领导力培养的成功经验,包括创办女性青少年校外教育组织、建立系统性的领导力培养机制和开发针对性的领导力培养项目以及凝聚社会力量发展女孩领导力诸方面。
[Abstract]:In 1912, Juliet Lo founded the American Girl Scouts, an outside-school education organization for girls. The organization has focused on building girls' leadership to ensure that they become future transformers and leaders. Today, the American Girl Scouts have become the world's pioneers in developing girls' leadership. This paper combs, summarizes its successful experience, expects our country related education organization to study and draw lessons from. This thesis consists of six parts: introduction, four chapters and conclusion. The introduction defines the concepts of "American Girl Scout" and "leadership", clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of this study, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and finally introduces the research methods of this paper. The first chapter introduces the general situation of American Girl Scout leadership training, mainly combing the development history of American Girl Scout and the change of the concept and content of training Girl Scout leadership in different periods. From the beginning of the 20th century to the middle of the 20th century, the American Girl Scouts have emphasized the cultivation of individual leadership of girls to change their destiny and the cultivation of inner leadership of girls to serve society from the middle to the end of the 20th century. Emphasis on developing girls' team leadership to make the world a better place. The second chapter discusses the organization of American Girl Scout leadership training, mainly studies the administration, personnel distribution, system guarantee and financial support of American Girl Scout. The American Girl Scout is a non-profit organization supported by government grants, social donations, and a large number of volunteers as volunteers, professional workers, adult leaders and board members. They are also responsible for developing, promoting, and leading or assisting scouts in various activities. Under the protection of team system, promotion system and incentive system, girls' leadership has been greatly developed. Chapter 3: the leadership training of American Girl Guides includes the leadership course Program and the leadership support Program. According to the characteristics of girls' physical and mental development, the Girl Scout Organization set up "leadership course" projects for six levels of Girl Scouts, which effectively cultivated the leadership of girls in all stages. Support programs for leadership development include the biscuit sales program STEM, camping and other outdoor sports to increase girls' leadership experience and improve their leadership. The fourth chapter studies the evaluation of American Girl Scout leadership training. The American Girl Scouts have broken down leadership into three abilities: discovery, connection, and action. Each ability is subdivided into five evaluation indicators, and the corresponding evaluation content of each index is related to the level of the girl scout. The Girl Scouts respected the rules of girls' physical and mental development and effectively evaluated the girls' leadership qualities and skills. The conclusion summarizes the successful experiences of the American Girl Scout leadership development, including the establishment of the female Youth Out-of-School Education Organization. To establish a systematic leadership training mechanism and develop targeted leadership development programs, as well as to unite social forces to develop girls' leadership.
