同级间如何在竞争与合作中把握平衡

【摘要】:正同级关系是组织中个体之间遭遇最多、相对关系最单纯也最微妙复杂的一种同事关系。可以用这样一些词来概括他们之间的多重微妙关系,如同事、朋友、合作伙伴、竞争对手等。但从本质上来看,同级关系是一种竞争与合作的关系,两者互为目的和手段,相互渗透,相互制约,相互促进。没有竞争的合作,是低效和缺乏活力的合作;没有合作的竞争,是恶性和两败俱伤的竞争。同级之间的竞争与合作,有积极因素,也有消极因素,如何把同级的竞争转化成合作的动力,把同级的合作转化成正常竞争的平台,
[Abstract]:Positive peer relationship is a kind of coworker relationship which is the most simple and complicated among individuals in the organization. These words can be used to summarize their many subtle relationships, such as things, friends, partners, competitors, etc. But in essence, the peer relationship is a relationship of competition and cooperation, which is mutual purpose and means, mutual penetration, mutual restriction and mutual promotion. Without competition, cooperation is inefficient and lack of vitality; without cooperation, it is a vicious and mutually destructive competition. There are positive and negative factors in competition and cooperation at the same level. How to turn competition at the same level into the motive force of cooperation and the cooperation at the same level into a platform for normal competition?
