【摘要】:湿地是生物多样性最丰富的生态系统之一,与海洋和森林并称地球三大生态系统。在我国,湿地生态旅游的发展还处于新兴阶段。因从中国传统风景观和旅游价值观来看,湿地的景观特征较为单调,我国大多数湿地生态旅游开发要么是“水上乐园”式的破坏性开发,要么因无法平衡保护和利用的关系而一筹莫展。这就导致湿地生态旅游地的游客体验质量不高。顾客价值被认为是企业取得竞争优势的新源泉,有大量的企业以顾客价值理论为依据进行产品开发、服务改进和流程优化。本研究将从游客的角度出发,尝试建立以游客价值分析为基础的,并且平衡保护与利用关系的湿地生态旅游规划模式,以期为国内湿地生态旅游发展提供一种新的规划思路。 本研究的有三个研究重点:一是在文献研究和游客调查的基础上,提出假设并验证湿地生态旅游者的价值维度构成;二是以游客价值为核心价值取向构建湿地生态旅游规划模式;三是以七星河国家级自然保护区为案例,在前两项研究任务的基础上将该规划模式应用在其生态旅游规划之中。 在第一章中重点阐述了研究背景、目的和意义、内容和方法以及流程和技术路线,是后文研究的方向性指导和把控。第二章以文献回顾的方法研究了有关生态旅游及规划的发展和问题,以及顾客价值理论在旅游领域的相关应用。第三章从现状和理论的方面为规划模式的构建进行了框架性研究。第四章验证了湿地生态旅游者的价值维度构成为感知质量、社会价值、教育价值、情感价值、感知成本等5个大类。在第五章从明确价值方向、进行价值识别、价值创造与提升、价值传递等4个主要规划程序进行分析,构建了基于游客价值的湿地生态旅游规划模式,并在第六章中对其在七星河国家级自然保护区生态旅游规划中的应用进行了具体阐释。在最后一章对全文的研究进行了总结,重点提出了研究取得的成果和不足之处。
[Abstract]:Is one of the most abundant wetland ecosystem biodiversity, and the sea and the forest and the three ecological systems of the earth. In our country, the development of wetland ecological tourism is still in the emerging stage. Because the concept and value of tourism from the traditional landscape China, landscape characteristics of wetland is relatively monotonous, most of China's wetland ecological tourism development either the "destructive development of water park", or because of unable to balance protection and utilization and do nothing. This leads to the wetland ecotourism destination tourist experience quality is not high. The customer value is considered as the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage of the new source, a large number of enterprises based on customer value theory product development, service improvement and process optimization. In this study, from the perspective of tourists, tourists try to establish on the basis of value analysis, and balance the relationship between protection and utilization of the wetland ecological tourism In order to provide a new planning idea for the development of wetland ecotourism in China, the model of tourism planning is expected to provide a new plan for the development of wetland ecotourism in China.
This study has three emphases: one is based on literature research and investigation of tourists, put forward the hypothesis and verify the value dimension of wetland ecological tourists; two is the customer value as the core value orientation of the construction mode of ecological tourism planning in Qixinghe wetland; three is the National Nature Reserve as a case study, in based on the first two studies on the application of task planning mode in the ecological tourism planning.
In the first chapter, mainly elaborated the research background, purpose and significance, contents and methods, processes and technology route, is the direction of the research method and the control. The second chapter is to review the research development and problems of eco-tourism and planning, and related application of customer value theory in the field of tourism the third chapter. From the present situation and the theory of construction planning model for the framework of the research. The fourth chapter verifies the value dimension of wetland ecological tourists pose for the perceived quality, social value, educational value, emotional value, perceived cost in 5 categories. In the fifth chapter from the clear value orientation, value recognition, value creation and value promotion, transfer and other 4 major planning procedures for analysis, construction of tourist value of wetland eco tourism planning model based on, and in the sixth chapter of the national self in Qixinghe However, the application of protected area ecotourism planning is explained concretely. In the last chapter, the research on the whole text is summarized, and the achievements and shortcomings of the research are emphasized.
