【摘要】：作为乡村旅游供给侧结构性改革的新业态,民宿经济不仅引领了一种全新的生活方式,而且在精准扶贫、美丽乡村建设与农村产权制度改革等领域作用彰显,更是大众创业、万众创新伟大实践的探索。近年来,在"建设旅游强省"目标的指引下,江西乡村旅游升级呈现出迅猛扩张态势:非标民宿渐成新宠、客源市场圈层外拓、供需双改结构优化、品牌塑造婺源为先、全域旅游初见成效、融合趋势方兴未艾。但是,发展民宿经济也面临诸多挑战。因此,从政府和经营者层面,协同局域发展与全域旅游布局、打造最美乡村旅游"江西样板"、创新民宿业态多产融合新模式、优化民宿经济公共服务体系、构建利益相关者冲突解决机制,是实现江西乡村旅游可持续发展的必然路径。
[Abstract]:As a new form of rural tourism supply-side structural reform, residential economy not only leads a new way of life, but also plays an important role in the fields of precision poverty alleviation, beautiful rural construction and rural property system reform. In recent years, under the guidance of the goal of "building a strong tourism province", Jiangxi rural tourism upgrade presents a rapid expansion: non-standard residential gradually into a new favorite. Tourist market circle, supply and demand double structural optimization, brand shaping Wuyuan first, the overall tourism initial results, the trend of convergence is in the ascendant. However, the development of residential economy is also facing many challenges. From the government and operator level, cooperate with the local development and the overall tourism layout, create the most beautiful rural tourism "Jiangxi model", innovate the new model of residential industry, optimize the public service system of residential economy. It is an inevitable way to realize the sustainable development of rural tourism in Jiangxi province by constructing the conflict resolution mechanism of stakeholders.
