【摘要】：随着旅游业的快速发展,旅游产业发展质量开始受到政府和学者们的关注。旅游产业发展质量是衡量旅游产业自身发展力和产业竞争力的重要指标,通过因子分析法测度不同省份的旅游产业发展质量,加以比较分析,确定其旅游产业发展质量高低,并提出旅游产业发展质量的提升对策,对河南省旅游产业的发展具有极大的指导意义。本文首先阐述了研究背景和研究意义,综述国内外学者在旅游产业方面的研究现状,在综合学者研究的基础上界定了旅游产业和旅游产业发展质量的内涵,认为旅游产业发展质量是指某一区域的旅游产业在发展过程中所蕴含或体现出来的发展水平和发展能力,以及其对旅游者和其他利益相关者的满足程度。本文的主体部分构建了旅游产业发展质量评价指标体系。文章首先分析了旅游产业发展质量的影响因素。然后在借鉴旅游产业竞争力、产业实力、优秀旅游城市等评价指标的基础上,综合考虑旅游产业要素、产业结构、产业运行、产品质量、公共服务和产业环境六个方面,建立了一个全方位多层次的旅游产业发展质量评价体系。最后运用因子分析法,将其指标简化,通过计算确定每个公因子的权重,确定主要的影响因子。本文的实证分析部分选取了13个省份作为研究对象,运用因子分析法,通过对比分析,评价河南省旅游产业发展质量的高低。根据计算结果对河南省旅游产业发展质量的综合值、公因子和分类指标进行评价分析。从分析结果看出河南省旅游产业发展质量处于中等水平,存在一定的问题,如产业规模有待提升、产业运行不稳定、旅游产品市场竞争力不强、产业贡献度较低、政府财政投入不足等等。并在此基础上,提出要优化产业发展环境、培育旅游产业要素、提高旅游产品质量、提升旅游产业区域贡献度、加强旅游公共服务体系建设和重视人才培养等政策措施,以全面提升河南省旅游产业发展质量。本文的结论部分,概括了主要的研究结论,指出了本文研究的不足之处,提出尚需研究的问题和今后努力的方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism, the quality of tourism industry development started by the government and scholars. The quality of the development of the tourism industry is an important indicator to measure development of the tourism industry itself and industrial competitiveness, quality of development of tourism industry through factor analysis method to measure the different provinces, compared to determine the quality of the development of the tourism industry, countermeasures enhance the quality and put forward the development of the tourism industry, has great significance for the development of tourism industry in Henan province.
This paper describes the research background and research significance, summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars research status in the tourism industry, based on the comprehensive study on the upper bound of scholars define the concept of tourism industry and the development of the quality of the tourism industry, that the quality of tourism industry development refers to the development level of a regional tourism industry in the development process contained or reflect the degree of satisfaction and development capacity, and related to tourists and other stakeholders.
The main part of this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the development of the quality of tourism industry. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the quality of the development of the tourism industry. Then the industrial strength in reference to the competitiveness of the tourism industry, and excellent tourist city evaluation index based on the comprehensive consideration of elements of the tourism industry, industrial structure, industrial operation, product quality, six aspects public service and industry environment, the development of the tourism industry to establish the quality evaluation system of a comprehensive multi-level. Finally using the factor analysis method, the simplified indicators to determine the weight of each factor by the calculation, to determine the main influence factor.
The empirical analysis of this paper chooses 13 provinces as the object of study, using the factor analysis method, through comparative analysis, the quality evaluation of the development of tourism industry in Henan province level. According to the results of the quality of development of tourism industry in Henan province the comprehensive value factors and classification index for evaluation and analysis. The analysis results from the development of quality in Henan province the tourism industry is in the middle level, there are some problems, such as the scale of the industry needs to be improved, industry operation instability, tourism product market competitiveness is not strong, the industry contribution is relatively low, the government's financial input is not enough and so on. And on this basis, put forward to optimize the industrial development environment, the cultivation of tourism industry factors, improve the quality of tourism products. To promote the development of regional tourism industry contribution, policies and measures to strengthen the tourism public service system construction and talent cultivation, in order to comprehensively promote the development of tourism industry in Henan Province Show quality.
The conclusion part of this paper summarizes the main research conclusions, points out the shortcomings of this study, and puts forward the problems that need to be studied and the direction of future efforts.
