四川省休闲产业融合评价及对区域经济的影响分析

【摘要】：文章基于休闲产业的内部产业属性和外部环境分析了其融合发展的机理,并从过程和状态两个角度对四川省休闲产业的融合水平进行了评价。借助种群关系竞争方程对休闲产业融合的过程进行了分析,发现四川省休闲产业的融合尚处于不完全融合的阶段,而且也没有达到完全融合阶段的稳定状态,其融合仍在波动发展中。同时借助熵值法和产业协调模型对四川省休闲产业的融合状态进行了评价,发现四川省休闲产业整体的融合发展水平不高,休闲子产业间的融合发展存在不均衡现象,旅游业与文化产业的融合发展水平较好,处于相对比较协调的发展状态,而文化产业与体育产业、旅游业与体育产业的融合发展较差,还处于比较严重的失调发展状态,造成四川省休闲产业融合发展的这种不均衡现象的原因在于休闲子产业的发展基础、所处产业生命周期阶段等因素不同。基于对四川省休闲产业融合发展的评价,本文探讨了休闲产业融合发展的经济效应,提出了休闲产业融合发展对区域经济发展影响的假设,并通过建立模型对假设进行验证和检验。结果发现假设1、假设2和假设3通过了验证,而假设4并未通过检验,因此可以得出休闲产业的融合发展对四川省经济发展效率具有提升作用,且不同的产业融合水平对区域经济发展效率的影响是不同的,产业融合水平越高,对区域经济发展产生的影响越大,且技术进步与创新在休闲产业融合对区域经济的影响中发挥中介作用,但是市场开放程度在休闲产业对区域经济发展效率的影响中不显著。鉴于四川省休闲产业的融合现状及其对区域经济发展效率的影响,四川省要进一步提升休闲产业的融合发展水平,增强其对区域经济发展的促进作用,需要政府要对休闲产业进行合理规划和布局,明确发展目标;制定合适的休闲产业融合发展的产业政策,优先选择促进旅游业与体育产业的融合发展,其次也要重视文化产业与体育产业的融合发展;继续加强对区域技术进步与创新的关注和投入,提升区域创新能力;制定完善的休闲产业政策和标准,为休闲产业的融合发展提供宽松的政策环境。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the mechanism of the integration and development of leisure industry based on its internal industrial attributes and external environment. From the perspective of process and state, this paper evaluates the level of integration of leisure industry in Sichuan Province, and analyzes the process of integration of leisure industry with the help of the competition equation of population relationship. It is found that the integration of leisure industry in Sichuan Province is still in the stage of incomplete integration and has not reached the stable state of complete integration. Its integration is still fluctuating. At the same time, by using entropy method and industry coordination model to evaluate the integration of leisure industry in Sichuan Province, it is found that the overall level of integration and development of leisure industry in Sichuan Province is not high. There is imbalance in the integration of leisure sub-industries, tourism and cultural industries are in a relatively coordinated state of development, while cultural and sports industries are in a relatively good level of development. The integration of tourism and sports industry development is poor, but also in a more serious imbalance of development state, the reason for this imbalance of leisure industry development in Sichuan Province lies in the development of leisure sub-industry. Based on the evaluation of the integration and development of leisure industry in Sichuan Province, this paper discusses the economic effect of the integration development of leisure industry. The hypothesis of the influence of the development of leisure industry on the regional economic development is put forward, and the hypothesis is verified and tested by establishing a model. The results show that hypothesis 1, hypothesis 2 and hypothesis 3 have been verified. And hypothesis 4 does not pass the test, so we can draw the conclusion that the integration of leisure industry has a role in promoting the efficiency of economic development in Sichuan Province, and different levels of industrial convergence have different effects on the efficiency of regional economic development. The higher the level of industrial convergence, the greater the impact on regional economic development, and technological progress and innovation play an intermediary role in the impact of leisure industry integration on regional economy. However, the degree of market openness is not significant in the impact of leisure industry on the efficiency of regional economic development. In view of the current situation of the integration of leisure industry in Sichuan Province and its impact on the efficiency of regional economic development. In order to further improve the level of integration and development of leisure industry and enhance its role in promoting regional economic development, the government should make rational planning and layout of leisure industry and make clear the development goals. To formulate appropriate industrial policies for the integration and development of leisure industry, priority should be given to promoting the integration development of tourism and sports industry. Secondly, attention should be paid to the integration development of cultural industry and sports industry. Continue to strengthen the attention and input to the regional technological progress and innovation, and enhance the regional innovation ability; Make perfect leisure industry policy and standard, provide loose policy environment for the integration and development of leisure industry.
