淄博金三彩工艺的艺术特色研究

【摘要】：三彩属低温釉，经两次烧制而成，先素烧，再施釉进行二次烧成，它是我国陶瓷发展史上的一朵奇葩。金代时期战乱频繁，但由于淄博地区距离主战场较远，受战争的影响很小，使得淄博地区的陶瓷产业能够持续发展，规模不断扩大，陶瓷器品种也不断增多。金代是淄博窑的全力发展阶段，此时，淄博窑受唐三彩的直接影响，大量烧制三彩器，直到元代，由于战乱连绵，致使窑场遭受到了极大的破坏，也使得淄博金三彩器的烧造日趋衰落，直至最后停烧。金代是淄博陶瓷发展的鼎盛时期，受唐三彩的影响，并且淄博窑凭借其制作铅釉陶的经验，创新发展了三彩工艺，使得淄博三彩艺术在金代达到了高峰，形成了具有独特地域风格的“淄博金三彩”；淄博金三彩的制瓷工艺有着鲜明的地方特色和浓厚的时代特征，它除了继承了唐、宋三彩的特点外，又在自身传统的工艺的基础上有所创新，使其不论是在生产工艺、造型样式、装饰表现形式，还是在黑釉的巧妙应用方面都形成了自己独有的工艺特色；淄博金三彩的用途均为日常实用器,与唐三彩被作为冥器的使用性质形成了鲜明对比，其特殊的使用功能为其增添了别样的形式美感，这是淄博窑的特色之一。淄博金三彩作为淄博地区重要的陶瓷文化承载者，更体现出一种文化的传承,它作为淄博窑的重要组成部分，是淄博地区陶瓷考古的重要内容，对于探析淄博陶瓷发展史提供了重要的依据。关于淄博金三彩的研究，对使人们了解淄博当地所特有的民间审美情趣，感受淄博窑在金代时期所散发出的艺术魅力和淄博金三彩在造型和装饰上所体现出的艺术气息，具有一定的参考意义。本课题通过对淄博金三彩相关文献资料的查阅及对淄博地区有关专家进行的采访，收集到了大量关于金三彩的资料，并对淄博金三彩工艺的艺术特色进行了比较系统化的整理；本文主要从以下几方面进行研究：第一，通过对淄博金三彩的起源与发展概况的研究，总结出淄博金三彩发展的时代背景和工艺由来；第二，通过对淄博金三彩的制瓷工艺特征，包括生产工艺、造型式样、装饰表现形式以及蓝釉和黑釉的应用与转变的基础研究，，总结出其工艺特色；第三，通过对淄博金三彩在使用特点、器物审美特色等方面的分析，总结出淄博金三彩所具有的色彩韵味、器物形态、民间情趣和时代气息。
[Abstract]:Tri-color glaze is a rare flower in the history of ceramic development in China. During the Jin Dynasty, the war was frequent, but the Zibo area was far from the main battlefield and had little influence from the war, which made the ceramic industry in Zibo region develop continuously and the scale was expanding. The variety of ceramic ware was also increasing. The Jin Dynasty was the full development stage of Zibo kiln. At this time, Zibo kiln was directly affected by the three colors of the Tang Dynasty, and a large number of three-color pottery wares were burned up until the Yuan Dynasty, which caused great damage to the kiln yard due to the continuous war. Zibo also made the burning of three-color ware gradually declined, until the final stop burning. The Jin Dynasty was the heyday of the development of Zibo ceramics, influenced by the three colors of Tang Dynasty, and Zibo Kiln, with its experience of making lead glazed pottery, innovated and developed the three-color technology, which made the art of three colors of Zibo reach its peak in the Jin Dynasty. Zibo has formed a unique regional style of "three colors of Zibo gold," Zibo has distinctive local characteristics and strong characteristics of the times, in addition to inheriting the characteristics of the Tang and Song dynasties, On the basis of its own traditional technology, it has formed its own unique process characteristics, not only in the production process, modeling style, decorative expression form, but also in the clever application of black glaze. The use of Zibo Jinsancai is daily utility, which is contrasted with the nature of the use of Tang Sancai as a ghost ware. Its special use function adds a different aesthetic sense of form, which is one of the characteristics of Zibo kiln. As an important carrier of ceramic culture in Zibo area, Zibo Jinsancai embodies a cultural heritage. As an important part of Zibo kiln, it is an important content of ceramic archaeology in Zibo area. It provides an important basis for analyzing the history of the development of Zibo ceramics. The research on the three colors of Zibo can help people understand the local folk aesthetic sentiment of Zibo. It is of certain reference significance to feel the artistic charm of Zibo kiln in the Jin Dynasty and the artistic flavor embodied in the shape and decoration of Zibo Golden Tri-color. This subject through the Zibo Jinsancai related literature reference and the Zibo area related experts to carry on the interview, has collected the massive information about the Jinsancai, This paper mainly studies the following aspects: first, through the research on the origin and development of Zibo Golden Triple Color, This paper summarizes the background of the development of Zibo Golden Tri-color and the origin of the technology. Secondly, through the research on the process characteristics of Zibo Golden Tri-color, including production technology, modeling style, decorative expression form, and the application and transformation of blue glaze and black glaze, Summarize its craft characteristic; third, through the analysis of Zibo Golden Tri-color in the use characteristics, the aesthetic characteristics of utensils and other aspects, summed up Zibo Jinsancai has the color charm, the shape of objects, folk interest and the flavor of the times.
