益阳市旅游业与农业融合度评价研究

【摘要】：在我国旅游产业快速发展和农业产业结构调整的背景下，旅游业与农业融合发展的步伐不断加快。基于影响旅游业与农业融合发展的关联要素，对区域旅游业与农业融合水平进行定量化测度是指导旅游业与农业融合健康发展的有效途径。益阳市作为洞庭湖区的一员，其旅游业与农业的融合具有自身的发展特色和潜力。近年来，在“退田还湖、移民建镇”的背景下，益阳市旅游业与农业融合发展的成效十分显著，但也存在着农产品生产与旅游服务产品提供、基本农田保护与旅游建设用地需求、农业生态保护与城镇化建设等一系列矛盾，亟待解决。而目前国内外关于旅游业与农业融合度的相关研究成果甚少。因此，系统地评价益阳市旅游业与农业融合度，找出两个产业的关联因子，对推动本区域产业结构优化、实现综合效益有着重要的意义。首先，本文以产业融合理论和产业共生理论为基点，借鉴其他领域产业融合度评价的最新研究成果，并结合旅游业与农业融合的发展特性，选取“广度”、“深度”和“贡献度”作为旅游业与农业融合度评价指标体系的三个维度。然后，通过多次专家咨询，筛选出最终评价指标，并运用AHP法确定了各指标的主观权重。为验证和提高指标体系的实际应用性，，文章构建了熵权层次分析评价模型，按照“符合主题、求同存异”的原则，选取益阳市赫山区和南县作为实证研究对象，并对其进行实地调研和统计数据收集加以验证分析。最终，得出赫山区和南县的融合度评价值分别为1.8967、1.4830。结果显示赫山区的旅游业与农业的总体融合度水平稍高于南县。这一验证结果与两地的乡村旅游实际发展水平相符。由论证结果可知所选取的指标能充分概括旅游业与农业融合度评价的影响因子，同时也论证了旅游业与农业融合度评价指标体系的科学性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid development of tourism industry and adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, the pace of tourism and agricultural integration development is accelerating. Quantitative measurement of the level of regional tourism and agricultural integration is an effective way to guide the healthy development of tourism and agricultural integration. The integration of tourism and agriculture has its own development characteristics and potential. In recent years, under the background of "returning fields to lakes, moving people to build towns", the integration of tourism and agriculture in Yiyang City has achieved remarkable results. However, there are also a series of contradictions between the production of agricultural products and the provision of tourism service products, the protection of basic farmland and the demand for land for tourism construction, as well as the protection of agricultural ecology and the construction of urbanization. However, there are few researches on the relationship between tourism and agriculture at home and abroad. Therefore, a systematic evaluation of the degree of integration of tourism and agriculture in Yiyang City is made to find out the related factors of the two industries. It is of great significance to promote the optimization of the regional industrial structure and realize the comprehensive benefits. Firstly, based on the theory of industrial convergence and the theory of industrial symbiosis, this paper draws lessons from the latest research results of the evaluation of the degree of industrial integration in other fields, and combines the characteristics of the development of tourism and agricultural integration. This paper selects "breadth", "depth" and "contribution degree" as the three dimensions of the evaluation index system of the integration of tourism and agriculture. The subjective weight of each index is determined by AHP method. In order to verify and improve the practical application of the index system, the paper constructs an evaluation model of entropy weight hierarchy analysis, according to the principle of "accord with the theme, seek common ground while reserving differences". Choosing Heshan District and Nanxian County of Yiyang City as the empirical research objects, and carrying out field investigation and statistical data collection to verify and analyze them. The results show that the overall level of integration of tourism and agriculture in Heshan is slightly higher than that in Nanxian, which is consistent with the actual development level of rural tourism in the two places, and the evaluation value of the degree of integration of Heshan and Nanxian is 1.89671.48300.The results show that the overall level of integration between tourism and agriculture in Heshan is slightly higher than that in Nanxian. The results show that the selected indicators can fully summarize the impact factors of the evaluation of the degree of financial integration between tourism and agriculture. At the same time, it also demonstrates the scientific and effective evaluation index system of tourism and agricultural integration.
