【摘要】:在休闲时代下,旅游产业在升级换代,开发了越来越多的旅游综合体项目。迅速发展的城市商业综合体也在寻求新的发展模式,逐渐向商业旅游综合体转型,将文化、旅游、商业三者紧密联系在一起,在创意文化推动下,这种转型速度在不断加快。 作为中国制鞋业“三州一都”中的“一都”——成都,其制鞋业在寻求新的发展模式中打造出了鞋业核心工业园区——中国女鞋之都。中国女鞋之都作为成都鞋业的重点建设项目,建立了完整的产业链,在发展商业综合体后,又不断创新,在发展中不断寻求新突破,开发“工业旅游”,将生产环境、商业环境、旅游营销环境三者结合在一起。 旅游开发作为中国女鞋之都进行品牌营销的手段,也推动了成都鞋业的发展和对鞋文化及相关文化的推广。本文以“中国女鞋之都”为研究对象,对其发展历程和旅游开发现状进行详细分析,以旅游开发研究为重点,进行旅游开发转型探讨,并对中国女鞋之都商业旅游综合体的特点进行总结。 本文第一部分对选题背景进行了阐述,分析本文的研究意义,提出创新点。 第二部分主要阐述旅游综合体、商业综合体、购物旅游、RBD的国内外研究现状,对它们的概念、类型、项目进行归纳总结后,与中国女鞋之都商业旅游综合体进行比较分析,总结出中国女鞋之都商业旅游综合体的特点,指出这种新的开发模式是处于国内领先地位的。 第三部分主要对中国女鞋之都的形成背景及发展历程进行探究,对其功能定位进行介绍。 第四部分首先对中国女鞋之都的旅游开发现状和存在的问题进行了剖析,再通过对鞋文化、地域文化、商业文化和工业文化进行挖掘,初步构建出中国女鞋之都的文化体系,再对景观展示方式进行构想,,提出旅游开发提升对策,从服务体验、观光体验、购物体验、文化体验、手工业技艺体验、休闲体验、美食体验七个方面进行分析,最终将中国女鞋之都从商业中心转型为旅游体验中心,使中国女鞋之都成为独具特色的旅游目的地。
[Abstract]:In the leisure era, the tourism industry has been upgraded and more and more tourism complex projects have been developed. The rapidly developing urban commercial complex is also seeking a new development model, gradually transforming to the commercial tourism complex, transforming culture and tourism. Business is closely linked with each other, and the speed of transformation is accelerating under the impetus of creative culture. As the "one capital" in the "three states and one capital" of Chinese shoe industry, Chengdu, the core industrial park of China's shoe industry, has been created by its shoe industry in search of a new development model. The capital of China's women's shoes is regarded as a key construction project in Chengdu's shoe industry. A complete industrial chain has been established, after the development of commercial complex, it has been innovating constantly, seeking new breakthroughs in development, developing "industrial tourism", combining production environment, commercial environment and tourism marketing environment together. As a means of brand marketing of Chinese women's shoes capital, tourism development has also promoted the development of Chengdu shoe industry and the promotion of shoe culture and related culture. The development course and the present situation of tourism development are analyzed in detail, and the transformation of tourism development is discussed, and the characteristics of commercial tourism complex in China's women's shoes capital are summarized. The first part of this paper describes the background of the topic, analyzes the significance of this study, and puts forward innovative points. The second part mainly describes the domestic and international research status of tourism complex, commercial complex, shopping tourism RBD, their concepts, types, projects are summarized and compared with the commercial tourism complex of Chinese women's shoes capital. This paper summarizes the characteristics of the commercial tourism complex of China's women's shoes capital, and points out that this new development mode is in the leading position in China. The third part mainly explores the formation background and development course of Chinese women's shoes capital, and introduces its function orientation. In the 4th part, the present situation and existing problems of the tourism development of the women's shoe capital in China are analyzed, and then the cultural system of the women's shoes capital of China is constructed by excavating the shoe culture, the regional culture, the commercial culture and the industrial culture. Then the landscape display mode is conceived, and the countermeasures of tourism development are put forward, which are analyzed from seven aspects: service experience, sightseeing experience, shopping experience, cultural experience, handicraft experience, leisure experience and delicious food experience. Finally, the Chinese women's shoes capital is transformed from a commercial center to a tourist experience center, making it a unique tourist destination.
