庐山世界文化景观的保护与开发研究

【摘要】：庐山国家公园位于江西省九江市，是我国第一处文化景观遗产地。随着社会经济的发展，遗产旅游成为了社会发展的必然趋势，然而旅游的发展给世界遗产带来了环境和资源问题。要解决旅游发展与遗产保护的矛盾，关键在于走可持续道路。旅游可持续发展已经成为了庐山及其他遗产地的必然选择。整合庐山遗产资源，强化合理规划，，在保护的前提条件下，充分开发庐山遗产资源潜力，来体现庐山的世界遗产价值；同时，理清开发利用与遗产资源和环境保护的关系。从文化景观的角度，找出符合庐山遗产资源保护的合理途径，寻求庐山可持续发展的道路。因此，本文将从以下方面进行分析：首先，从全面调查庐山地理概况入手，分别从庐山人文和自然地理状况、交通区位、地质地貌概况、文化景观等方面，全面了解庐山概况。再将庐山资源按照国家标准进行分类处理，充分展现庐山遗产资源的保存现状。其次，将庐山与我国另外三处世界文化景观遗产地相对比，进一步分析我国文化景观遗产发展现状。再与庐山周边两处山岳型遗产地进行对比，发掘三者的异同点，为庐山的全面发展提供借鉴。再次，调查庐山旅游发展现状，进一步分析庐山的旅游经济状况。再采用计量学中的回归分析和聚类分析对庐山旅游发展的“二元”影响作定量分析，据此对未来庐山旅游发展作定量预测。最后，庐山与其他世界遗产地一样面临着平衡保护与开发相互关系的问题。针对庐山的发展现状，提出发展过程中的问题，并就问题作相应的对策研究，希望对庐山今后发展借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Lushan National Park, located in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, is the first cultural landscape heritage site in China. With the development of social economy, heritage tourism has become an inevitable trend of social development. However, the development of tourism has brought about environmental and resource problems to the world heritage. The key is to follow the sustainable road. Sustainable tourism development has become an inevitable choice for Lushan Mountain and other heritage sites. Integrating Lushan heritage resources, strengthening rational planning, and fully exploiting the potential of Lushan heritage resources under the prerequisite of protection, To reflect the world heritage value of Mt. Lushan; at the same time, to clarify the relationship between exploitation and utilization, heritage resources and environmental protection. From the perspective of cultural landscape, to find out a reasonable way to protect the heritage resources of Lushan Mountain. Therefore, this paper will analyze the following aspects:. First of all, from the overall investigation of Lushan geographical situation, respectively from the human and natural geographical conditions, traffic location, geological and geomorphological overview, cultural landscape, etc. Comprehensive understanding of Lushan. Then the Lushan resources are classified according to the national standards to fully show the status of preservation of Lushan heritage resources. Secondly, comparing Lushan with the other three sites of the world cultural landscape heritage in China, further analyzing the present situation of the development of cultural landscape heritage in China, and then comparing with the two mountain heritage sites around Lushan Mountain to explore the similarities and differences among the three sites. To provide reference for the overall development of Lushan. Thirdly, the paper investigates the present situation of tourism development in Lushan Mountain, further analyzes the tourism economic situation of Lushan Mountain, and then uses the regression analysis and cluster analysis in metrology to make quantitative analysis on the "duality" influence of tourism development in Lushan Mountain. Based on this, the future tourism development of Lushan is predicted quantitatively. Finally, Lushan, like other World Heritage sites, is faced with the problem of the relationship between protection and development. In view of the present situation of Lushan's development, the problems in the development process are put forward, and the corresponding countermeasures are studied. Hope to Lushan in the future development of reference significance.
