大庆市林甸四季青镇温泉旅游项目开发对策研究

【摘要】：伴随着世界经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的日益提高，人们对休闲度假的需求越来越大，这就促使了世界旅游业的快速发展。旅游业给世界各国带来了丰厚的利润，既为当地提供了大量就业的岗位，又拉动了当地经济的发展，还为国家的创收做出了巨大贡献。近年来，旅游业的发展也追随着大众的需求，由观光型逐渐向休闲度假型转化，其中最为流行的一种新兴的旅游主题就是温泉旅游。大庆市林甸温泉以体验温泉、感悟养生文化为主题，提倡休闲、健康生活理念，营造自然、休闲、健康的氛围，为顾客提供期望之外的增值服务。以情悦客，以情动客的个性化、亲情化的优质服务，让来大庆林甸温泉度假的每一位宾客在享受温泉的同时，也能得到修身、修心的升华。但是，与此同时，大庆市林甸温泉旅游项目在开发过程中还存在一系列的问题，如管理体制混乱，文化建设匮乏，品牌意识落后，旅游产品雷同以及资源破坏严重等，上述问题对大庆市林甸温泉旅游项目的发展都产生相当大的困难。因此，怎样实现大庆市林甸温泉旅游项目的有效开发和管理，已成为一个十分值得关注与研究的课题。本文主要在分析了大庆市林甸四季青镇温泉旅游资源的概况，开发状况、开发优势及良好的市场前景的基础上，针对大庆市林甸四季青镇温泉旅游项目质量管理过程中存在的一些问题进行深入分析，指出了大庆市林甸四季青镇温泉旅游项目质量管理中存在的职责不明、管理混乱；文化建设匮乏；品牌意识落后；雷同化现象严重；生态环境破坏严重等问题。从大庆市林甸四季青镇温泉旅游项目开发的五个方面出发，在吸取国内外温泉旅游项目成功开发的经验基础上结合大庆市林甸四季青镇温泉旅游项目开发的实际状况，，对其存在的问题提出了相应的对策。大庆市林甸四季青镇温泉旅游项目要想合理、健康、永续发展则需要从管理模式、经营体制、温泉文化内涵、品牌意识、旅游产业集群、专业人才培养、及管理素质、法制法规建设、资源永续利用等这几个方面加强。只有在项目开发过程中注重对环境资源的保护，加强与区域资源的整合才能保证大庆市林甸四季青镇温泉旅游的合理开发、永续利用，才能实现“温泉之乡”的顺利建设。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the demand for leisure vacation is increasing, which promotes the rapid development of the world tourism industry.Tourism brings rich profits to all countries in the world. It not only provides a lot of jobs for local people, but also promotes the development of local economy and makes a great contribution to national income generation.In recent years, the development of tourism has followed the needs of the public and gradually transformed from sightseeing to leisure vacation, among which the most popular tourism theme is hot spring tourism.The theme of Lindian Hot Spring in Daqing City is to experience hot springs and to understand the culture of health preservation. It advocates the idea of leisure, healthy life, creates a natural, leisure and healthy atmosphere, and provides customers with value-added services beyond their expectations.In order to love the guests, emotional guests personalized, kindred quality service, so that every guest to enjoy the hot spring in Lin Dian, while enjoying the hot spring, but also can be self-cultivation, sublimation of the mind.However, at the same time, there are still a series of problems in the development of Lindian hot spring tourism project in Daqing, such as the confusion of management system, the lack of cultural construction, the backward brand consciousness, the similarity of tourism products and the serious destruction of resources, etc.These problems are very difficult for the development of Lindian hot spring tourism project in Daqing city.Therefore, how to realize the effective development and management of Lindian hot spring tourism project in Daqing City has become a subject worthy of attention and research.On the basis of analyzing the general situation of hot spring tourism resources in Sijiqing Town of Lindian, Daqing City, the development situation, the advantages of exploitation and the good market prospect,Based on the deep analysis of some problems in the quality management of hot spring tourism project in Lidian Sijiqing town of Daqing City, this paper points out that the responsibility of the quality management of hot spring tourism project in Lidian Sijiqing Town of Daqing City is not clear and the management is chaotic.Lack of cultural construction; backward brand consciousness; serious phenomenon of homogeneity; serious damage to ecological environment and so on.Starting from five aspects of hot spring tourism project development in Lidian Sijiqing Town of Daqing City, this paper combines the actual situation of hot spring tourism project development in Lindian Sijiqing Town, Daqing City, on the basis of absorbing the experience of successful development of hot spring tourism project at home and abroad.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward to the existing problems.In order to be reasonable, healthy and sustainable in the hot spring tourism project of Lidian Sijiqing Town, Daqing City, the management mode, management system, hot spring culture connotation, brand awareness, tourism industry cluster, professional personnel training, and management quality are needed.The construction of laws and regulations and the sustainable utilization of resources have been strengthened.Only by paying attention to the protection of environmental resources in the process of project development and strengthening the integration with regional resources can the rational development and sustainable utilization of hot spring tourism in Sijiqing Town of Lindian, Daqing City, be guaranteed, and the smooth construction of the "hometown of Hot Springs" can be realized.
