我国城市旅游文化创意产业竞争力指标体系构建及实证研究

【摘要】:随着创意经济时代的到来,各国都看到了创意带给国家经济带来的巨大贡献,大力发展创意产业。我国近年来也开始大力扶持文化创意产业发展,相继出台了多项文化产业扶持政策,为旅游文化创意产业的发展带来了契机。但是现阶段我国旅游文化创意产业尚处于初级阶段,各方面发展都不够成熟,需要借鉴发达国家的发展经验,同时需要一套国家层面的城市旅游文化创意产业竞争力评价指标体系来规范产业发展,指导政府的文化产业政策方向,对产业进行合理的监督和管理,保证旅游文化创意产业的有序发展。 因此本文选择旅游文化创意产业为研究对象,对旅游文化创意产业的内涵和外延进行了界定,对旅游文化创意产业不同于一般产业的特征进行了分析;以创新理论、文化产业理论、体验经济理论和产业竞争力理论为基础,结合国内外文化创意产业发展经验,运用网络层次分析法构建了旅游文化创意产业竞争力评价模型;搜集并整理了全国31个省市的相关数据,,对我国城市旅游文化创意产业竞争力进行了实证分析与研究,最后根据实证分析的结果对我国旅游文化创意产业的发展提出了对策建议。 本文采用文献研究法对旅游文化创意产业的国内外研究现状进行了综述,对其内涵和外延进行了界定,同时采用文献法和比较分析法相结合的手段,对比国内外主要创意指数,构建了我国旅游文化创意产业竞争力评价指标体系框架。采用ANP法和专家打分法获得了各指标权重,利用实证分析法对全国31个省市旅游文化创意产业竞争力进行比较研究,划分了地区旅游文化创意产业竞争力类型。最后在实证分析结果和经验分析的基础上,对提升我国旅游文化创意产业竞争力提出了对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of creative economy, all countries see the great contribution that creativity brings to the national economy, and vigorously develop creative industries.In recent years, China has also begun to vigorously support the development of cultural and creative industries, has issued a number of cultural industry support policies, for the development of tourism cultural and creative industries have brought opportunities.However, at the present stage, the tourism cultural creative industry in China is still in its primary stage, and all aspects of its development are not mature enough, so it is necessary to draw lessons from the development experience of developed countries.At the same time, we need a set of evaluation index system of the competitiveness of urban tourism culture creative industry at the national level to standardize the industry development, to guide the government's cultural industry policy direction, to carry on the reasonable supervision and management to the industry.To ensure the orderly development of tourism cultural and creative industries.Therefore, this paper chooses the tourism culture creative industry as the research object, defines the connotation and extension of the tourism culture creative industry, analyzes the characteristics of the tourism culture creative industry different from the general industry, and takes the innovation theory,Based on cultural industry theory, experience economy theory and industry competitiveness theory, combined with the development experience of cultural and creative industries at home and abroad, the evaluation model of tourism cultural creative industry competitiveness is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP).This paper collects and collates the relevant data of 31 provinces and cities in China, and makes an empirical analysis and research on the competitiveness of the creative industries of urban tourism culture in China.Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of tourism culture and creative industry in China.In this paper, the literature research method is used to summarize the domestic and foreign research status of tourism cultural creative industry, and its connotation and extension are defined. At the same time, the main creative indexes at home and abroad are compared by the means of combining literature method and comparative analysis method.This paper constructs the evaluation index system framework of tourism culture creative industry competitiveness in China.ANP method and expert scoring method are used to obtain the weight of each index. The competitiveness of tourism cultural creative industries in 31 provinces and cities in China is comparatively studied by using empirical analysis, and the types of competitiveness of regional tourism cultural creative industries are divided.Finally, on the basis of empirical analysis and empirical analysis, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the competitiveness of tourism culture creative industry in China.
