湖南BBG公司员工培训管理研究

【摘要】:随着知识经济时代的到来,越来越多的企业家认识到人力资源对于企业发展的重要性,也意识到将来会面临人才资源匮乏的难题,决定企业最终成败的因素除了资金与技术,更关键的是对人力资本的控制。事实证明,但凡成功的企业都建立有完善的员工培训管理体系。BBG公司作为湖南省内一家民营企业,在激烈的市场竞争下,公司必须重视对员工的培训管理,才能不断提高企业的综合竞争力,因此,对BBG公司员工培训管理研究对于公司的发展具有极其重要的现实意义。 从BBG公司培训的现状来看,随着管理层逐渐开始意识到培训的重要性,在公司内部加大了对员工的培训力度,如经费的提高,课程的多样化,培训的次数等,都有了很大的改观,但是公司的员工培训管理仍然存在一些问题。本文在运用了人力资源管理培训理论的基础上,结合BBG公司实际存在的问题,对BBG公司员工培训管理进行了改进。 本文对培训的定义作了解释,在论文的研究目的和意义的基础上,指出了员工培训的必要性,同时简要的叙述了当前国内外在培训管理方面的研究现状以及与培训相关的理论,着重阐述了什么是培训管理和培训管理的构成,本文对BBG公司的组织结构和人力资源概况进行了介绍,对公司现行的员工培训管理进行了分析,并结合问卷调查的结果找出了现行体系下不足,包括缺乏有效的需求分析、培训资源选择不科学、培训效果评估流于形式等。然后,本文提出了对BBG公司员工培训管理优化的措施,包括完善培训需求分析、有针对性制定培训计划、课程选择注重实效性、多种培训方式的建立、科学的进行效果评估,有计划的进行内部培训师队伍的培养。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, more and more entrepreneurs realize the importance of human resources for the development of enterprises, and realize that they will face the problem of lack of human resources in the future.More crucial is the control of human capital.Facts have proved that every successful enterprise has established a perfect employee training management system. As a private enterprise in Hunan Province, under the fierce market competition, the company must attach importance to the training management of employees.Therefore, the research on employee training management of BBG Company is of great practical significance to the development of the company.From the current situation of BBG training, as the management gradually began to realize the importance of training, in the company increased the strength of staff training, such as the increase of funds, the diversification of courses, the number of training, etc.Both have changed a lot, but there are still some problems in the management of employee training.Based on the theory of human resource management training and the practical problems of BBG Company, this paper improves the training management of BBG Company.This paper explains the definition of training, points out the necessity of employee training on the basis of the research purpose and significance of the thesis, and briefly describes the current research situation of training management at home and abroad and the theories related to training.In this paper, the organization structure and human resources of BBG Company are introduced, and the current employee training management is analyzed.Combined with the results of questionnaire survey, the paper finds out the shortcomings of the current system, including the lack of effective needs analysis, the unscientific selection of training resources, and the formality of training effect evaluation.Then, this paper puts forward the measures to optimize the training management of BBG company, including perfecting the training demand analysis, making the training plan pertinently, paying attention to the effectiveness of the course selection, establishing various training methods, and carrying on the scientific evaluation of the effect.Train the team of internal trainers in a planned way.
