云南甲寅农业型小城镇旅游发展规划研究

【摘要】：农业型小城镇大都保留着包括村落景观，民风和民俗文化等要素的田园景观，在美学、文化、科考、人类学等方面均有重要价值。随着旅游业发展及旅游市场的细分化，农业型小城镇获得了另一种发展的可能——旅游目的地的发展。2013年6月，云南红河哈尼梯田以农业型文化景观主体列为“世界文化遗产”名录，极大地推动红河相关农业型小城镇的旅游发展。本文结合云南红河甲寅镇农业型小城镇的现状概况及农业旅游资源特点，研究其未来建设发展中所应用的规划方法、技术路线及发展模式，形成具有针对性的研究成果，阐明构建多元理论融合的规划体系，指导云南省哀牢山地区的小城镇朝着特色化、生态化等方向发展，促进地区经济的增长，并对周边区域的山区小城镇建设有一定的借鉴意义。本文由绪论、正文、结论共四个章节组成。绪论部分介绍了本文的研究背景意义、思路、研究内容、方法和技术路线，并通过文献检索与分析，，总结了前人关于农业型小城镇旅游可持续发展及农业型小城镇旅游规划的研究成果。第二部分首先界定了农业型小城镇开发旅游的相关概念及内涵，从可持续发展理论、生态学理论和小城镇规划理论等角度阐述了农业型小城镇旅游规划的相关理论，同时从对象、目标、规划原则、规划内容等多方面阐述农业型小城镇旅游规划体系。第三章为实践篇，结合典型的案例研究，形成具有针对性的研究成果，用以指导甲寅地区的农业旅游建设发展。首先将甲寅镇农业旅游资源进行分类，并从定性与定量角度对旅游资源评价；其次分析甲寅农业旅游规划的战略，并利用SWOT（态势分析法）阐述甲寅镇发展农业旅游的态势；最后从镇村体系、农业产业和旅游产业三个方面阐述农业旅游规划的主要内容。
[Abstract]:The rural landscape, which includes village landscape, folk style, folk culture and so on, is mostly preserved in small towns of agricultural type. It is of great value in aesthetics, culture, scientific research, anthropology and so on.With the development of tourism and the fine differentiation of the tourism market, the agri-type small towns have gained the possibility of another kind of development-the development of tourist destinations.The Hani terrace of the Red River in Yunnan Province is listed as "World Cultural Heritage" by the main body of agricultural cultural landscape, which greatly promotes the tourism development of small agri-towns related to the Red River.Combined with the present situation of agricultural small towns and the characteristics of agricultural tourism resources in Jiayin Town of Honghe County, Yunnan Province, this paper studies the planning methods, technical routes and development models used in the future construction and development of these towns, and forms targeted research results.This paper expounds the construction of a planning system for the integration of multiple theories to guide the development of small towns in the Ailaoshan region of Yunnan Province in the direction of characteristic and ecologicalization, so as to promote the growth of the regional economy.And the construction of small mountain towns in the surrounding area has certain reference significance.This paper consists of four chapters: introduction, text and conclusion.The introduction part introduces the research background significance, thought, research content, method and technical route of this paper, and through literature retrieval and analysis,This paper summarizes the research results of agricultural small town tourism sustainable development and agricultural small town tourism planning.The second part firstly defines the related concepts and connotations of agricultural small town development tourism, and expounds the related theory of agricultural small town tourism planning from the angle of sustainable development theory, ecology theory and small town planning theory.At the same time, from the object, goal, planning principle, planning content and other aspects of agricultural small town tourism planning system.The third chapter is the practice, combined with the typical case studies, to form targeted research results to guide the development of agricultural tourism construction in Jiayin area.Firstly, the agricultural tourism resources of Jiayin Town are classified, and the tourism resources are evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively; secondly, the strategies of agricultural tourism planning of Jiayin Town are analyzed, and the situation of developing agricultural tourism in Jiayin Town is expounded by using SWOT (situation Analysis method).Finally, the main contents of agricultural tourism planning are expounded from three aspects: town and village system, agricultural industry and tourism industry.
