长白山天池国旅发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着社会科学以及人民经济能力日益富足的发展趋势,第三产业一次又一次的在国内与国际的商业空间中诠释着自己的重要性,众所周知,服务业中的高级服务管理活动中,旅游服务类产业所占有的比例比常规服务业的市场比例大得多,这也就说明在服务业的市场中,旅游服务业作为市场的重点定向发展项目尤为的重要。自改革开放以来,我国旅游业的发展如同雨后春笋,,尤其是在旅游业配套设施以及旅行社的发展方面尤为突出,在本文中笔者将就长白山天池国旅的发展战略作出分析与研究,主要深度剖析我国旅行社在发展中所出现的机遇与挑战。 由论述核心来看,主要围绕旅行社应对当前市场环境以及国内经济形势大条件的前提下通过自主的调整旅游产业链条与主要发展策略应对市场变化,通过诸如市场营销、产品产业管理、品牌效应与个性化服务等方式对旅游产品进行一系列的包装优化最终符合社会的基本需求,在满足市场需求的前提条件下以做大、做优的水准应对市场变化与潜在市场竞争,从企业发展的角度上来看待发展中所遇到的问题,并且对企业发展的过程中所出现的传统发展方式、发展模式进行改良,如利用新式的市场营销手段和更新企业在发展中所认知的新式市场目标定位,在旅游公司的发展中,不仅要对客户市场目标做出明确的定位,同时也要对企业的自身有一个行业定位,跳出传统经营的圈子,并且将更多的创新性条件引入到工作中来,在旅行社的发展道路中走上一条独具特色的发展道路是市场选择同样也是符合时代发展潮流的,在企业发展的道路选择上,从内外部环境的角度上深思熟虑企业的发展条件与当前现状,优先把握抓住发展中的优势产业与竞争短板,将企业核心竞争力中所阐述的理论积极的转化为企业的执行力,保证创新领先和企业竞争力领先的原则,才能在当前复杂的经济社会条件下积极的对市场做出先知先觉的判断预估。 长白山天池国旅(ChangBai Mountain Tourism Co., Ltd.)发展战略正是本着发展的基本中心,跳出了传统经营理念的常规圈子,并且在新的市场内容下获得新的发展,这是与其积极的制定与实施企业发展经营理念、提高加深旅行社自身发展战略、走自我实现型企业文化路线分不开的。因此,除了坚持实施企业的发展战略之外,更需要注重的是在未来的发展路途中制定并且不断的修正当前发展战略中的不足处,才能保证优势延续,这是一条旅游型企业走向成功必然要保证畅通顺利的成功之路。

As we all know, the service industry in the high-level service management activities,The proportion of tourism service industry is much larger than that of conventional service industry, which shows that in the market of service industry, tourism service industry is especially important as the key development project of the market.Since the reform and opening up, the development of China's tourism industry has sprung up, especially in the tourism supporting facilities and travel agency development is particularly prominent. In this article, the author will make an analysis and research on the development strategy of Changbai Mountain Tianchi National Travel Service.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the development of travel agencies in China.From the point of view of the core of the discussion, under the premise of the travel agencies coping with the current market environment and the domestic economic situation, the tourism industry chain and the main development strategies can be adjusted independently to cope with market changes, such as marketing.Product industry management, brand effect and individualized service are the ways to optimize the package of tourism products and finally meet the basic needs of the society, in order to meet the premise of market demand,To deal with the market changes and potential market competition, to look at the problems encountered in the development from the perspective of enterprise development, and to improve the traditional development mode and the development model in the process of enterprise development.For example, using the new marketing means and updating the new market target positioning that enterprises recognize in the development, in the development of tourism companies, we should not only make a clear positioning of customer market objectives,At the same time, it is also necessary to have an industry orientation for the enterprise itself, to jump out of the circle of traditional management, and to introduce more innovative conditions into its work.It is also in line with the trend of development of the times that we should take a unique development road in the development road of travel agencies.
