荆州市休闲农业现状的SWOT分析及发展建议

【摘要】：在社会经济得到大幅度提升的背景下,“农家乐”作为休闲农业的基本形式得到蓬勃发展。休闲农业的发展不仅可以使农民创收、提高农民就业率、加快改进农村的产业结构调整,同时也是建设社会主义新农村的重要转变方式,是适合城乡消费习惯的新趋势的前提下逐渐发展壮大起来的农村新型产业。本文研究的湖北省荆州市地处江汉平原,具有优越的地理位置。同时作为历来兵家必争之地,荆州的文化源远流长,产生了很多脍炙人口的佳话。荆州作为湖北省的腹地,其地域和历史民俗文化的特色给荆州休闲农业提供了独有的地理优势和文化条件。我国的休闲农业大多发生在农村和郊区等远离城市的地方,投资者大多数为当地居民,他们以当地自然的景观、传统文化习俗和农业生产活动为基础,吸引消费者并向消费者提供放松身心、愉悦精神的休闲旅游活动。而休闲农业的发展不可避免的对环境造成了破坏和影响,产生了一系列如卫生问题、土壤污染、水质污染、生态破坏等问题,这些日益显现的问题如不引起开发者和政府的高度重视和解决,将严重影响休闲农业的可持续发展。所以,本文作者认为在休闲农业的发展过程中应注重经济效益与环境保护相平衡,在发展经济的同时,积极采取保护环境的相关措施。为解决这些问题,本文拟从三个部分来论述这一问题。首先,从理论上梳理休闲农业发展的现状,分析影响国内休闲农业发展的因素和政策限制；然后通过分析衢州市和荆州市的休闲农业发展现状实证分析,研究这两个地区的现代休闲农业发展情况；最后对荆州市休闲农业的发展提出相应的政策建议。其结构如下：第一章是绪论部分。这一部分提出研究的问题、研究意义和研究的技术路线。通过对休闲农业现状的分析,本文指出如何多层次多角度的优化农业资源配置,实现休闲农业的经济效益和环境效益的双赢局面。绪论为全文提供了研究的视角和意义。第二章介绍了国内外休闲农业的发展状况。这一部分从宏观层面论述了休闲农业的缘起和发展,分阶段介绍了不同历史阶段的休闲农业的特点,进一步指出为什么会出现目前的这些形式的休闲农业?这些形式能够解决哪些历史遗留问题,同时又存在哪些现实问题? 第三章是通过对比浙江省衢州市的休闲农业发展状况和湖北省荆州市的休闲农业发展状况。利用SWOT模型,对衢州市休闲农业的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了相关数据的分析和整理,得出一个客观的结论。结合荆州市的地理环境、生态环境和人文环境,对荆州市休闲农业的发展做了详细的介绍和分析,利用SWOT模型从荆州市休闲农庄的地理位置、服务项目等角度,通过各种优势弱势分析做出详细的态势分析。第四章对荆州市现阶段休闲农业发展提出一些需要注意的问题和要关注的一些关键因素,并从实际操作的角度提出切实可行的现阶段改进意见和对策。论文从理论和实证角度论证了休闲农业发展的进程和特点。其可能的创新点表现在：其一,通过实地调查和案例分析,得到荆州市休闲农业的一手数据。其二,从实证角度分析了休闲农业发展过程中的影响因素。但是,研究还是面临许多不足。目前没有统一的行业标准来约束和促进休闲农业的发展,同时也还需要大样本数据来支撑研究结果。这也是本人以后对这个问题研究的重点深究方向。
[Abstract]:In the social economy has been greatly improved in the background, the basic form of Nongjiale "as leisure agriculture have been flourishing. The development of leisure agriculture can not only make the farmers income, improving farmers' employment, accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure improvement in rural areas is also important, change the way of building a new socialist countryside, new rural development is gradually the premise of the new industry trend is for the urban and rural consumption habits. This study in Jingzhou City, Hubei province is located in the Jianghan Plain, with superior geographical position. At the same time as the military has always been a hotly contested spot, Jingzhou culture has a long history, has created a lot of popular story. Jingzhou is located in the hinterland of Hubei Province, its geographical and historical the characteristics of folk culture provides a unique geographical advantage and cultural conditions for leisure agriculture in Jingzhou.
Our country leisure agriculture occurs mostly in rural and suburban areas and other places far from the city, the majority of investors for local residents to their local natural landscape, cultural traditions and agricultural production activities as the basis, to attract consumers and provide consumers to relax, cheerful spirit of leisure tourism. But the development of leisure agriculture on the inevitable environmental damage and impact, resulting in a series of problems such as health, soil pollution, water pollution, ecological destruction and other issues, such as not to cause these problems increasingly pay more attention and solve the developers and the government, will seriously affect the sustainable development of leisure agriculture. Therefore, the author thinks that should pay attention to economic benefits and environmental protection the phase equilibrium in the process of the development of leisure agriculture, in the development of economy at the same time, take measures to protect the environment actively in order to solve these problems, This paper intends to discuss the problem from three parts. First of all, from the current situation of theory of leisure agriculture development, analysis of the impact of the development of leisure agriculture in the domestic factors and restrictions; and then through the empirical analysis of Quzhou city leisure agriculture development status and analysis in Jingzhou City, on the two areas of modern leisure agriculture development; finally put forward the corresponding policy suggestions on the development of leisure agriculture in Jingzhou city. Its structure is as follows:
The first chapter is the introduction part. This part puts forward the research question, the research significance and the technical route of study. Through the analysis of the present situation of leisure agriculture, this paper points out that the agricultural resources allocation to multi-level and multi angle, realize the leisure agriculture economic and environmental benefits of a win-win situation. Is the introduction of this paper provides a perspective and significance study.
The second chapter introduces the development of leisure agriculture at home and abroad. This part discusses the leisure agriculture from the macro level of the origin and development stages, introduces the different historical stages of the leisure agriculture characteristics, further pointed out why these forms of leisure agricultural industry? These forms which can solve the historical problem, at the same time what is the real problem?
The third chapter is the status of the development of leisure agriculture through the leisure agriculture development in Zhejiang province and Quzhou city compared to Hubei city of Jingzhou province. Using the SWOT model of Quzhou leisure agriculture advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of data analysis and sorting, draw an objective conclusion. The combination of Jingzhou city geography the environment, ecological environment and human environment, made a detailed introduction and Analysis on the development of leisure agriculture in Jingzhou City, using the SWOT model from the Jingzhou city leisure farm location services perspective, through a variety of advantages to make a detailed analysis of the weak trend.
The fourth chapter puts forward some problems and key factors to be noticed in the development of leisure agriculture in Jingzhou at the present stage, and puts forward feasible suggestions for improvement from the perspective of practical operation.
This paper demonstrates the process and characteristics of leisure agriculture development from the perspective of theoretical and practical innovations. The possible features: first, through the investigation and analysis of case, Jingzhou leisure agriculture first-hand data. Secondly, from the perspective of empirical analysis of the factors affecting the development of leisure agriculture in the process. However, the research is still facing many problems. At present there is no uniform industry standard to promote the development of leisure agriculture and constraints, but they still need a large sample data to support the results of the study. This is my key to direction to this study.
