【摘要】：近年来,随着经济发展及城镇化加速,我国传统村落正遭受现代生活方式的冲击,面临着传统村落风貌丧失、民族文化遗失、生态环境恶化等问题,同时,乡村旅游的兴起带来了民族地区旅游业新的热潮,把乡村旅游开发推到了新高度,也给传统村落保护带来了新威胁.如何处理好传统村落保护与乡村旅游开发之间的关系,实现两者良性互动、协调发展是研究的热点问题.十三五期间,湖南省提出建设大湘西生态文化精品旅游经济带战略,湘西土家族苗族自治州(简称湘西州)确立“把湘西州建设成为民族文化彰显的国内外知名生态文化公园”的目标,依托传统村落资源着力打造土家族苗族文化生态旅游精品线路.在这种背景下,我们基于协同理论,针对湘西州传统村落保护和乡村旅游开发的关系,运用统计分析方法,进行综合评价和对策研究,认为传统村落不仅要保护,而且还要大力开发乡村旅游,要处理好二者复杂的关系,在推进湘西州生态文化旅游进程中,很有必要使其合二为一,协同发展.首先,本文采取文献分析、实地调研、专家访谈对二者协同发展潜力作了定性分析;再运用时间序列法、层次分析法与综合评价法对二者协同发展潜力作了定量评价,并根据评价结果作出对策研究.本论文取得了较好的研究成果,主要体现在以下几个方面:第一,通过查阅数据,利用时间序列法对传统村落保护与乡村旅游开发协同发展关系作了定量的基础研究,结果表明二者协同发展带来的未来旅游收入前景十分可观,极具潜力.第二,进一步细化研究,通过文献分析、实地调研和专家咨询并结合湘西州特色构建了传统村落保护与乡村旅游开发协同发展潜力综合评价的指标体系.第三,运用层次分析法得出各层指标权重,并且建立了二者协同发展潜力的综合评价函数模型,并运用此模型对湘西州29个传统村落进行综合评价,得到了各传统村落协同发展的潜力评分,并依据分数进行定量分析.第四,提出了湘西州乡村旅游开发的对策与建议.
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of economic development and urbanization, the traditional villages in China are suffering from the impact of the modern way of life, facing the loss of traditional village style, the loss of national culture, the deterioration of the ecological environment, and so on. At the same time,The rise of rural tourism has brought a new upsurge of tourism in minority areas, pushed the development of rural tourism to a new height, and brought new threats to the protection of traditional villages.How to deal with the relationship between the traditional village protection and the rural tourism development, how to realize the positive interaction between the two, and how to coordinate the development is a hot issue.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, Hunan Province put forward the strategy of constructing a tourism economic belt of great Xiangxi eco-cultural boutique.Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture (referred to as Xiangxi) has established the goal of "building Xiangxi into a famous ecological cultural park at home and abroad which is highlighted by national culture".Rely on the traditional village resources to create Tujia Miao culture eco-tourism boutique routes.Under this background, based on the cooperative theory, aiming at the relationship between the protection of traditional villages and the development of rural tourism in Xiangxi, we use the statistical analysis method to carry out comprehensive evaluation and countermeasure research, and think that the traditional villages should not only be protected.In order to deal with the complex relationship between the two, it is necessary to combine them in the process of promoting the eco-cultural tourism in Xiangxi.Firstly, this paper makes qualitative analysis on the potential of cooperative development by literature analysis, field investigation and expert interview, and then makes a quantitative evaluation of the potential of cooperative development by using time series method, analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation method.According to the evaluation results, the countermeasures are studied.This paper has made good research results, mainly reflected in the following aspects: first, by consulting the data, using the time series method to the traditional village protection and rural tourism development cooperative development of the quantitative basic research.The results show that the prospect of future tourism income brought by the two cooperative development is very considerable and has great potential.Second, further detailed research, through literature analysis, field research and expert consultation and combined with the characteristics of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture to build the traditional village protection and rural tourism development potential comprehensive evaluation index system.Third, using AHP to get the weight of each layer index, and set up a comprehensive evaluation function model of the potential of the two collaborative development, and use this model to evaluate 29 traditional villages in Xiangxi.The potential score of cooperative development of each traditional village was obtained, and quantitative analysis was carried out according to the score.Fourth, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural tourism in Xiangxi.
