曲山镇生态旅游产业发展战略研究

【摘要】：旅游业作为“环保绿色产业”,正在不断发展壮大,尤其是生态旅游正成为21世纪旅游发展的主要趋势。四川省北川羌族自治县曲山镇具有良好的生态环境、深厚的羌族文化底蕴、独特的防灾减灾文化等优势,“5.12”特大地震前乡村旅游已初具规模,震后交通条件得到极大改善,社会各界大力支持,旅游产业发展变化很大。现在,曲山镇急需借助旅游产业转型升级的大趋势,立足自身优势整合资源,打造品牌,推动生态旅游更好更快发展。论文首先对相关理论进行了综述,对旅游产业发展的宏观环境和行业环境进行了分析,并应用SWOT分析模型分析研究了曲山镇旅游产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。在此基础上,分析了曲山镇生态旅游产业发展的定位、目标、思路和模式,提出了曲山镇生态旅游产业发展的五大战略和五大保障措施。论文依据曲山镇的优势资源和产业基础,有效规避不利因素,制定生态旅游产业发展战略,强化保障与执行,坚持可持续发展道路,利于保护生态环境的永续开发利用,实现生态旅游产业健康、有序发展。论文通过综合分析、实地调查,系统提出曲山镇生态旅游发展战略,有针对性的解决产业布局不合理、发展方式粗放等实际问题,在尊重市场经济规律的前提下充分发挥政府的主导作用,坚持资源整合、文旅融合、品牌先导等战略,实现生态资源的合理开发,生产、生活方式向绿色、低碳转变,具有一定的创新性,同时可为其它地区的生态旅游发展提供一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:As a "green industry of environmental protection", tourism is developing continuously, especially ecotourism is becoming the main trend of tourism development in the 21st century. Qushan Town, Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County, Sichuan Province, has the advantages of good ecological environment, profound cultural background of Qiang nationality, unique culture of disaster prevention and mitigation, and so on. Before the "5.12" earthquake, rural tourism began to take shape, and traffic conditions after the earthquake were greatly improved. All walks of life support vigorously, the tourism industry development change is very big. Now, Qushan Town urgently needs to use the trend of tourism industry transformation and upgrading, integrate resources based on its own advantages, build brands, and promote the better and faster development of ecotourism. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant theories, analyzes the macro environment and industry environment of tourism industry development, and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of tourism industry development in Qushan Town by using SWOT analysis model. On this basis, this paper analyzes the orientation, goal, thought and mode of the development of ecotourism industry in Qushan Town, and puts forward five strategies and five safeguard measures for the development of ecotourism industry in Qushan Town. According to the advantage resources and industrial foundation of Qushan Town, this paper effectively avoids the unfavorable factors, formulates the development strategy of ecotourism industry, strengthens the guarantee and implementation, adheres to the road of sustainable development, and is conducive to the sustainable development and utilization of the ecological environment. To achieve healthy and orderly development of the ecotourism industry. Through comprehensive analysis and field investigation, the paper systematically puts forward the development strategy of eco-tourism in Qushan Town, and solves the practical problems such as unreasonable industrial layout, extensive development mode and so on. Under the premise of respecting the laws of market economy, we should give full play to the leading role of the government, adhere to the strategies of resource integration, cultural integration and brand leadership, so as to realize the rational development, production and lifestyle of ecological resources to green and low-carbon. It is innovative and can be used for reference for the development of ecotourism in other areas.
