泸沽湖地区文化景观旅游可持续发展评价及对策研究

【摘要】：泸沽湖位于川滇接壤处,具有典型的摩梭母系氏族文化,这在中国乃至全世界都具有唯一性。研究区丰厚且珍稀的文化景观资源,具有极高的科学研究和旅游开发价值。但过去“重经济,轻保护”的开发思路使得研究区文化景观受到严重冲击,渐渐失去其原有的文化内涵,因此,如何依托世界级文化景观,实现地区发展旅游可持续具有重大意义。本文将运用系统的研究方法,内容表述如下:首先,通过现场勘查和相关资料阅读,分析泸沽湖地区的自然环境及历史发展进程,对区域文化景观的发生机制进行理论探索,清查、汇总、归纳研究区的文化景观构成,为其旅游可持续性评估奠定基础。其次,搭建文化景观旅游可持续发展评价模型。通过对相关理论的探索,提出在环境、社会、经济三大系统的基础上,增加资源和管理两大系统,建立一个五分量模型,通过频度统计法和德尔菲法筛选评价指标,构建评价指标体系。该指标体系包括四个级层,分别是以文化景观旅游可持续发展评价为目标的目标层、包括环境子系统、资源子系统、社会子系统、经济子系统、管理子系统的系统层、评价旅游驱动发展力和旅游持续发展力的状态层、包含34个评价指标的指标层。运用层次分析法、综合评价法确定评价指标的权重及旅游可持续发展的分级标准,从而为综合评价泸沽湖文化景观旅游可持续发展奠定坚实的理论基础。最后,运用建立的评价指标体系对泸沽湖地区文化景观的旅游可持续水平进行评价。针对对量化评价的结果进行分析,提出泸沽湖地区文化景观旅游可持续发展策略。
[Abstract]:Lugu Lake is located at the border of Sichuan and Yunnan and has a typical Mosuo matriarchal clan culture, which is unique in China and the whole world. The rich and rare cultural landscape resources in the research area have high scientific research and tourism development value. However, in the past, the development idea of "emphasizing economy rather than protecting" made the cultural landscape of the research area suffer a serious impact, and gradually lost its original cultural connotation. Therefore, how to rely on the world-class cultural landscape, It is of great significance to realize the sustainable development of tourism in the region. The content of this paper will be described as follows: firstly, the natural environment and historical development process of Lugu Lake area are analyzed through field survey and related data reading, and the occurrence mechanism of regional cultural landscape is explored theoretically. Inventory, summary, sum up the cultural landscape structure of the study area, for its tourism sustainability assessment foundation. Secondly, the evaluation model of sustainable development of cultural landscape tourism is built. Through the exploration of relevant theories, the paper puts forward that on the basis of three systems of environment, society and economy, we should increase the resources and manage the two systems, establish a five-component model, and select the evaluation indexes by frequency statistics and Delphi method. Construct evaluation index system. The index system consists of four levels, which are the target layers of the sustainable development evaluation of cultural landscape tourism, including the environmental subsystem, the resource subsystem, the social subsystem, the economic subsystem and the management subsystem. The state layer of tourism driving development and tourism sustainable development includes the index layer of 34 evaluation indexes. The weight of evaluation index and the classification standard of sustainable development of tourism are determined by using AHP and comprehensive evaluation method, so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for comprehensive evaluation of sustainable development of cultural landscape tourism in Lugu Lake. Finally, the evaluation index system is used to evaluate the sustainable tourism level of cultural landscape in Lugu Lake area. Based on the analysis of the results of quantitative evaluation, the sustainable development strategy of cultural landscape tourism in Lugu Lake area was put forward.
