河北省旅游产业集群发展与创业活动关联机制研究

【摘要】：产业集群现在已成为世界关注的经济现象。除传统的制造业以及高新技术产业以外，作为第三产业的旅游业也已经呈现出了集群化的发展趋势。此外，由于产业集群内蕴含有丰富的创业活力和创业资源，集群区域内的创业活动相对活跃。创业活动对产业集群的形成与发展也都有着很大的推动作用，二者相辅相成，，能够形成一个相互促进共同发展的良性循环系统。但是河北省目前旅游产业集群与创业活动之间有没有实现这种共同发展的良性循环系统仍是一个非常值得研究的问题。研究旅游产业集群与创业活动之间的互动机制对于河北省旅游产业集群的升级发展有着重要意义。文章由五部分组成：第一部分为绪论部分，分析了旅游产业集群、创业活动、旅游产业集群与创业活动关联关系的国内外研究现状，并阐明了文章的研究内容以及将要使用的研究方法。第二部分为相关概念及理论基础，分别对旅游产业集群与创业活动进行了概念界定及内涵的阐述，并介绍了旅游产业集群以及创业活动的相关理论基础。第三部分为河北省旅游产业集群与创业活动现状研究，从空间分布现状、空间集聚度、共享程度三个方面分析了河北省旅游产业集群的发展现状，同时分析了旅游产业集群内创业活动的现状。第四部分为河北省旅游产业集群与创业活动的关联度及关联机制分析。首先使用皮尔森相关系数和灰色关联度分析二者之间的关联程度，其次使用结构方程分析河北省旅游产业集群与创业活动之间的关联机制。对结构方程模型及其建模过程进行了概述之后，提出关于河北省旅游产业集群与创业活动关联机制的假设，并据此初步建立模型，进而设计问卷，在信度和效度都通过检验之后对模型进行了识别、估计、评价与修正等操作，最终得出假设结果。第五部分为促进旅游产业集群与创业活动发展的相关对策，分别从政府和企业两个角度提出了建议和相关策略。
[Abstract]:The industrial cluster has become the economic phenomenon which the world pays close attention to. In addition to the traditional manufacturing and high-tech industries, tourism, as a tertiary industry, has also shown a trend of cluster development. In addition, because the industrial cluster contains abundant entrepreneurial vitality and entrepreneurial resources, the entrepreneurial activities in the cluster area are relatively active. Entrepreneurial activities also play a great role in promoting the formation and development of industrial clusters. They complement each other and form a benign circulatory system that promotes the common development of each other. However, whether the tourism industry cluster and the entrepreneurial activities in Hebei Province can realize this kind of benign circulatory system is still a problem worth studying. It is of great significance to study the interactive mechanism between tourism industry clusters and entrepreneurial activities for the upgrading and development of tourism industry clusters in Hebei Province. The article consists of five parts: The first part is the introduction part, analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of tourism industry cluster, entrepreneurial activities, tourism industry cluster and entrepreneurial activities, and clarifies the research content and the research methods to be used. The second part is related to the concept and theoretical basis, respectively, the tourism industry cluster and entrepreneurial activities are defined and the connotation of the concept, and introduced the tourism industry cluster and entrepreneurial activities related to the theoretical basis. The third part is the research on the current situation of tourism industry cluster and entrepreneurial activities in Hebei Province. It analyzes the development status of tourism industry cluster in Hebei Province from three aspects: spatial distribution, spatial concentration and sharing degree. At the same time, it analyzes the current situation of entrepreneurial activities in tourism industry cluster. The fourth part analyzes the correlation degree and mechanism between tourism industry cluster and entrepreneurial activities in Hebei Province. Firstly, Pearson correlation coefficient and grey correlation degree are used to analyze the correlation degree between them. Secondly, the structure equation is used to analyze the correlation mechanism between tourism industry cluster and entrepreneurial activities in Hebei province. After summarizing the structural equation model and its modeling process, this paper puts forward the hypothesis about the correlation mechanism between tourism industry cluster and entrepreneurial activities in Hebei Province, and establishes a preliminary model accordingly, and then designs a questionnaire. After the reliability and validity are tested, the model is identified, estimated, evaluated and modified, and the hypothetical results are obtained. In the fifth part, the author puts forward some suggestions and relevant strategies from the angle of government and enterprise in order to promote the development of tourism industry cluster and entrepreneurial activity.
