雾霾天气对北京入境旅游者的影响分析

【摘要】：近年来频繁爆发的雾霾天气已成为影响北京入境旅游者的重要因素。通过查阅文献、设计问卷、抽样调查,分析雾霾天气对北京入境旅游者的来京计划、来京途中、旅游行程等方面影响。研究表明:(1)62.68%的入境旅游者认为雾霾对其北京短期旅行计划影响较小,37.32%的入境旅游者认为雾霾天气对其来京计划有一定的影响,选择取消来京计划、到其他城市游览、缩短在京游览时间。(2)调查样本中43.44%的北京入境旅游者在来京的路途中受到了雾霾天气的影响,主要为飞机延误或航班取消(23.91%)以及交通堵塞(16.32%)。(3)雾霾对北京入境旅游者的行程造成的影响因出游组织方式差异而不同,自助来京的入境旅游者因雾霾变换行程的可能性高于参加团队游的入境旅游者。(4)入境旅游者在来京前后对北京雾霾天气的感知存在较大差异。(5)分析了入境旅游者对本次来京旅游总体满意、重游率、推荐率。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the frequent outbreak of haze weather has become an important factor affecting inbound tourists in Beijing. Based on literature review, questionnaire design and sample survey, this paper analyzes the influence of haze weather on the plan of Beijing inbound tourists, the way to Beijing, the travel itinerary and so on. The study shows that 62.68% of the inbound tourists think that haze has a small impact on their short-term travel plans in Beijing. 37.32% of the inbound tourists think that haze weather has a certain impact on their plans to come to Beijing, so they choose to cancel their plans to come to Beijing and visit other cities. In the survey sample, 43.44% of the inbound tourists in Beijing were affected by the haze weather during their journey to Beijing. The impact of haze on the itinerary of inbound tourists in Beijing varies according to the way they organize their trips, mainly because of flight delays or cancellations (23.91) and traffic jams (16.32). Since the possibility of haze changing itinerary is higher than that of group tourists, there is a great difference in the perception of Beijing haze weather between inbound tourists before and after they come to Beijing. (5) the paper analyzes the inbound tourists' perception of Beijing haze weather. Overall satisfaction with this trip to Beijing, Revisiting rate, recommendation rate.
