黑龙江省冰雪旅游服务传递模型研究

【摘要】:近些年来,我国冰雪旅游发展迅猛,黑龙江省有着开展冰雪旅游得天独厚的条件,是中国冰雪文化观光旅游目的地和闻名中外的冰雪旅游胜地,在国际上享有盛誉。黑龙江省冰雪旅游在经济发展中有着较为明显的有优势,对全省经济发展的带动作用也十分强大,已经成为推动省内经济发展的一股强大的潜在力量。许多冰雪旅游开发工程的建设也取得了不错的进展。然而,周边省份迅速开展冰雪旅游,黑龙江省“一枝独秀”的发展局面已被打破,在黑龙江冰雪旅游快速发展的同时也暴露出影响冰雪旅游发展的负面因素,如冰雪旅游产业链条不完善,游客滞留时间短、重游率低,冰雪旅游产品单一,同本土文化融合程度小等,阻碍了黑龙江冰雪旅游的发展进程。 本文从宏观的角度出发,为了解决黑龙江省冰雪旅游服务存在的问题,使黑龙江省冰雪旅游能够更加健康良好的发展,,将引入一种新的管理模式,服务传递模式,并构建黑龙江省冰雪旅游服务传递模型,将服务传递与冰雪旅游的日常经营管理相结合,由前台接收游客需求,再将需求传递到企业后台,后台经过服务传递再将需求转化为服务或产品传递给游客。为了使服务传递模型能够更好地为黑龙江省冰雪旅游服务,本文理论模型的建立是从黑龙江省冰雪旅游整体出发,而其应用和绩效检验则是运用到具体的旅行社来进行。在对模型进行评价时,选择了层次分析法,从绩效是否最优的角度来进行检验,结果表明冰雪旅游服务传递模型会给旅游企业以及冰雪旅游带来较高的企业绩效和良好的发展前景。同时,本文在最后为更好地发展黑龙江省冰雪旅游服务传递提出相应的建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's ice and snow tourism has developed rapidly. Heilongjiang Province has unique conditions for developing ice and snow tourism. It is a tourist destination of China's ice and snow culture and a famous ice and snow tourist destination in China and abroad, and enjoys a high reputation in the world. The ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province has obvious advantages in economic development and has a strong driving effect on the economic development of the province. It has become a powerful potential force to promote the economic development of the province. Many ice and snow tourism development projects have also made good progress. However, with the rapid development of ice and snow tourism in neighboring provinces, the development of Heilongjiang Province has been broken, and the rapid development of ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province has also exposed the negative factors that affect the development of ice and snow tourism. If the industry chain of ice and snow tourism is not perfect, the stay time of tourists is short, the rate of revisiting is low, the product of ice and snow tourism is single, and the degree of integration with native culture is small, it hinders the development of ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang province. In order to solve the problems of ice and snow tourism service in Heilongjiang Province and make the ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province more healthy and good, a new management mode, service delivery mode will be introduced in this paper. The model of ice and snow tourism service delivery in Heilongjiang Province is constructed, which combines the service delivery with the daily management of ice and snow tourism, and receives the tourist demand from the front desk, and then transfers the demand to the backstage of the enterprise. The backstage passes through the service delivery then transforms the demand into the service or the product passes to the visitor. In order to make the service delivery model better serve the ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province, the theoretical model is established from the whole ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang Province, and its application and performance test are applied to the specific travel agencies. When evaluating the model, the analytic hierarchy process is chosen to test whether the performance is optimal or not. The results show that the ice and snow tourism service delivery model will bring higher enterprise performance and better development prospects for tourism enterprises and ice tourism. At the same time, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the better development of ice and snow tourism service delivery in Heilongjiang Province.
