【摘要】：农业观光旅游是热门课题,对它的研究也正处于快速发展的阶段,对它的理解不尽相同,对概念上的争论也很多,但都仍然围绕着农业和旅游这个主题。在其功能上,都认为是推动地方经济发展,增加农民收入,保护生态环境,加快新农村建设的有效途径。观光农业旅游的发展势头强劲有力,鹿城区也不例外,本文通过对温州市鹿城区观光农业旅游发展的研究,得出以下结论：近年来鹿城区依托丰富的自然资源、人文资源,通过打造“时尚鹿城,魅力商都”,大力发展农业观光旅游,已形成了花果观赏、垂钓捕猎、农业体验、人文民居等观光农业旅游的大好发展势头,从而大大提高了农民收入,并改善了农村经济结构,美化了村容村貌,促进了农村基础设施条件的建设。通过研究也认识到,鹿城区农业观光旅游还处于初期阶段,存在基础设施不够完善,宣传氛围不够浓厚,开发模式过于单一,经营规模过小,规划不到位的问题,从而制约了农村经济的进一步发展。因此,为了加快鹿城区农业观光旅游的发展,有必要进一步改革体制、创新机制、加大投入、宣传促销：加强观光农业的科学规划,促进规范观光农业旅游的标准化发展；打造鹿城区观光农业的品牌,塑造精品；转变发展观念,提高服务质量。必须坚持“政府主导、行业引导、农户参与”,形成发展农业观光旅游的强大合力,实现农业转型、农民增收的鹿城区农业观光旅游可持续发展之路。
[Abstract]:Agricultural sightseeing tourism is a hot topic, its research is also in the stage of rapid development, the understanding of it is not the same, and there is a lot of controversy on the concept, but it still revolves around the theme of agriculture and tourism. It is considered as an effective way to promote the development of local economy, increase farmers' income, protect ecological environment and speed up the construction of new countryside. The development of sightseeing agricultural tourism is strong and powerful, and Lucheng District is no exception. Through the research on the development of sightseeing agricultural tourism in Lucheng District of Wenzhou City, this paper draws the following conclusions: in recent years, Lucheng District relies on abundant natural resources and cultural resources. By creating "fashionable Lucheng, charming commercial capital," and vigorously developing agricultural tourism, it has formed a good momentum of development of sightseeing agricultural tourism, such as flower and fruit viewing, fishing and hunting, agricultural experience, and human residence, thus greatly increasing the income of farmers. And has improved the rural economic structure, beautified the village appearance, promoted the rural infrastructure condition construction. Through the research, it is also recognized that agricultural sightseeing tourism in Lucheng District is still in its initial stage, and there are problems such as inadequate infrastructure, strong propaganda atmosphere, too single development model, too small business scale, and inadequate planning. Thus restricting the further development of rural economy. Therefore, in order to speed up the development of agricultural tourism in Lucheng District, it is necessary to further reform the system, innovate the mechanism, increase investment and promote promotion. Build the brand of tourism agriculture in Lucheng District, mold fine products, change the concept of development, improve the quality of service. It is necessary to persist in "government leading, industry leading and farmers' participation" to form a strong joint force to develop agricultural sightseeing tourism, and to realize the sustainable development of agricultural tourism in Lucheng District with the transformation of agriculture and the increase of farmers' income.
