丙中洛小镇社区参与旅游模式优化研究

【摘要】：旅游业作为当前各区域重要的经济构成部分，对区域的发展起着至关重要的作用，旅游业要要以关怀居民，将居民参与旅游开发决策，获得旅游开发的实际利益，作为重要的环节，才能保持旅游业长期可持续发展。旅游社区是旅游活动开展的重要载体，只有旅游社区的发展与旅游业发展相匹配，旅游地才能保持健康发展。当前，我国多数旅游目的地呈现快速增长的态势，旅游目的地形成齐全的旅游经济产业链，经济增长较为迅速，但旅游地的居民并不能在合理的框架内获取相应的补偿，旅游社区参与旅游发展的程度不高，导致旅游资源的破坏。特别是边疆少数民族地区，经济社会发展相对滞后，更加剧了资源破坏的程度，使居民与旅游发展矛盾进一步激化。本文通过对社区参与旅游发展的研究，具体针对丙中洛小镇的特殊情况，对其社区参与旅游发展进一步优化，使之与当地旅游发展的利益息息相关，更好地促进当地旅游地的长期可持续发展。 本论文是通过参与贡山县旅游总体规划项目，选取贡山县具有代表性意义的丙中洛小镇作为对象，，通过长期的调研，深入了解当地的旅游社区参与现状，发现问题，并提出丙中洛小镇旅游参与模式优化的想法。运用文献研究法、实地调研法等研究方法，依据相关经典理论，结合怒江州贡山县丙中洛小镇的实际情况，以可持续发展理论、利益相关者理论、社区化管理理论、系统论作为理论支撑，从社区参与的原则与目标、经营模式、分配机制、管理模式等五个方面，并结合当前国内外经典的旅游社区参与模式，对丙中洛小镇的社区模式进行优化研究，对其完善社区参与模式有一定的借鉴意义。 通过研究，得出丙中洛小镇旅游社区参与模式当前存在问题，并针对存在的问题进行优化完善，进一步完善和丰富了丙中洛小镇的旅游社区参与模式。论文在丙中洛小镇社区参与模式优化研究中，提出了居民协会作为参与主体的理念，对丙中洛小镇完善社区治理模式，强化公民权有一定的促进作用。
[Abstract]:Tourism, as an important economic component of each region at present, plays a vital role in the development of the region. The tourism industry should take care of the residents, participate in the decision-making of tourism development, and obtain the actual benefits of tourism development. As an important link, we can maintain the long-term sustainable development of tourism. Tourism community is an important carrier of tourism activities. Only when the development of tourism community matches the development of tourism, can the tourist destination maintain a healthy development. At present, most of our country's tourist destinations show a rapid growth trend, tourism destinations form a complete tourism economic and industrial chain, economic growth is relatively rapid, but the residents of tourist destinations can not get the corresponding compensation within a reasonable framework. Tourism community participation in tourism development is not high, leading to the destruction of tourism resources. Especially in the borderland minority areas, the economic and social development lags behind, which intensifies the degree of resource destruction and further intensifies the contradiction between residents and tourism development. Based on the study of community participation in tourism development, this paper aims at the special situation of the town of Bingzhongluo, and further optimizes its community participation in tourism development, which is closely related to the interests of local tourism development. Better promote the long-term sustainable development of local tourist destinations. This paper is to participate in the Gongshan County tourism master planning project, select Gongshan County representative of the town of Bingzhongluo as the object, through long-term research, in-depth understanding of the current situation of local tourism community participation, find out the problems. And put forward the idea of optimization of tourism participation mode of small town in Bingluo. According to the relevant classical theory and the actual situation of Bingzhongluo town in Gongshan county of Nujiang state, the sustainable development theory, stakeholder theory and community management theory are used in this paper, using the methods of literature research, field investigation and other research methods, such as the theory of sustainable development, the theory of stakeholder, the theory of community management, and so on. System theory as a theoretical support, from the principles and objectives of community participation, business model, distribution mechanism, management model, and combined with the current classic tourism community participation model at home and abroad. The optimization of community model in Bingluo Town is helpful to improve the community participation model. Through the research, this paper concludes that there are some problems in the tourism community participation model of the town, and optimizes and perfects the tourism community participation model of the town. In the study of community participation model optimization in the town of Bingzhongluo, this paper puts forward the concept of residents' association as the main body of participation, which can promote the improvement of community governance model and the strengthening of citizenship in the town of Bingzhongluo.
