新时期延边地区旅游业发展问题研究

【摘要】：旅游业是当今世界的朝阳产业。改革开放以来,随着人民生活水平的提高,体验历史文化、民俗风情、生态休闲度假、运动娱乐等旅游日益成为都市居民的一种生活方式,极大地促进了旅游产业的发展速度,也使旅游成为丰富人民精神文化生活的重要内容。延边地区具有发展旅游业的优势,延边地区位于中朝俄三国交界,欧亚文明交融、自然与民俗汇聚,被誉为“东北亚金三角”；延边地区资源丰富,是开发休闲度假旅游产品的绝好地区；延边地区汇聚少数民族区域自治、西部开发、振兴东北、长吉图开发开放等多项国家优惠政策,是投资建业的理想地区,延边地区拥有发展旅游业的比较优势。延边地区旅游业经历了一定的发展历程,随着图们江区域开发开放的加快,延边地区在图们江区域合作开发的地缘优势进一步显现出来,延边地区旅游业取得了可喜的成果,旅游产业地位进一步提升,旅游生产力水平不断提高,旅游产品结构日趋合理,旅游产业服务体系初具规模。旅游业的发展促进了延边地区经济结构的调整,提升了延边地区的国内国际地位,旅游业即将成为延边地区国民经济重要的支柱产业。但是,由于受到自然因素、旅游管理体制、政策方面的因素制约以及周边邻国因素等不利条件的制约,使延边地区旅游业仍然存在着诸如旅游季节性明显、淡季产品开发不够、旅游项目及基础设施建设滞后、旅游商品缺少文化底蕴和旅游企业整体实力不强的方面的问题。因此,本文以马克思主义基本理论为支撑,在阐述我国的旅游业政策、我国旅游业兴起与发展的背景下,回顾延边地区旅游业发展历程、叙述延边地区旅游业发展现状、总结延边地区旅游业取得成就的基础上,找出当前延边地区旅游业发展中存在的问题,阐述制约延边地区旅游业发展的因素,并提出今后延边地区发展旅游业的基本思路和政策建议。
[Abstract]:Tourism is the sunrise industry in the world today. Since the reform and opening up, with the improvement of people's living standards, tourism such as experiencing historical culture, folk customs, ecological leisure, recreation, sports and entertainment has increasingly become a way of life for urban residents, which has greatly promoted the development of the tourism industry. Tourism has also become an important part of enriching people's spiritual and cultural life. Yanbian has the advantage of developing tourism. Yanbian is located at the border of China, Korea, Russia, Eurasia, nature and folklore, so it is called "the Golden Triangle of Northeast Asia", and Yanbian is rich in resources. Yanbian is an excellent area for developing leisure and vacation tourism products. Yanbian is an ideal region for investment and construction, with a number of national preferential policies, such as regional autonomy for ethnic minorities, development of the west, revitalization of the Northeast, and development and opening up of Changjitu. Yanbian area has the comparative advantage of developing tourism. The tourism industry in Yanbian area has experienced a certain course of development. With the acceleration of the development and opening up of the Tumen River region, the geographical advantages of the cooperative development of the Tumen River region in the Yanbian area have further emerged, and the tourism industry in the Yanbian area has achieved gratifying results. The status of tourism industry has been further improved, the level of tourism productivity has been improved, the structure of tourism products has become more and more reasonable, and the service system of tourism industry has begun to take shape. The development of tourism has promoted the adjustment of the economic structure of Yanbian area and promoted the domestic and international status of Yanbian area. Tourism will soon become an important pillar industry of the national economy of Yanbian area. However, due to the constraints of natural factors, tourism management system, policy factors and neighbouring countries, the tourism industry in Yanbian still exists such as obvious seasonality of tourism and insufficient exploitation of off-season products. Tourism projects and infrastructure construction lags behind, tourism commodities lack of cultural information and tourism enterprises overall strength is not strong aspects of the problem. Therefore, based on the basic theory of Marxism, under the background of expounding the tourism policy of our country and the rise and development of tourism in our country, this paper reviews the development course of tourism in Yanbian area, and narrates the present situation of tourism development in Yanbian area. On the basis of summarizing the achievements of tourism in Yanbian area, this paper finds out the problems existing in the development of tourism in Yanbian area, and expounds the factors restricting the development of tourism in Yanbian area. And put forward the future Yanbian area development tourism basic ideas and policy recommendations.
