新闻媒介监测与旅游企业经营管理

【摘要】:伴随着现代媒体的不断发展,信息的传播速度更加快捷,传播的范围更加广泛。其中,媒介检测在通过对电视、广播、网络、报纸进行监测中可以了解新闻发生的动向,并能够及时将旅游企业的正面活动以及负面活动进行及时报道,从而提高旅游企业自身的发展,为旅游企业提供相应的公关价值评估以及竞争态势的定性分析,从根本上提高整个旅游企业经营活动中的质量管理。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of modern media, the speed of information dissemination is faster and the scope of dissemination is more extensive. Among them, media detection can be used to monitor television, radio, network and newspapers to understand the trend of news, and to report the positive and negative activities of tourism enterprises in a timely manner. In order to improve the development of tourism enterprises, provide tourism enterprises with the corresponding evaluation of public relations value and qualitative analysis of the competitive situation, fundamentally improve the quality management of the whole tourism enterprises.
