湖北省县域旅游发展空间差异研究

【摘要】：目前国内外学者对旅游经济发展的空间差异虽有大量研究,但较少涉及以县域为单位的较微观的旅游经济发展空间差异与其影响因素研究,特别是对湖北省的研究尚属空白。本文以2008年到2012年湖北省县域旅游经济的空间差异为研究对象。选取湖北省的76个县级区域为基本单元,研究其空间差异的现状和趋势,探讨形成空间差异的主要因素并在此基础上提出缓解差异的对策和建议。 研究空间差异的现状和趋势的过程中,首先分析了湖北省旅游经济的县际绝对差异与相对差异,随后运用赫芬达尔系数分析旅游经济的聚集和垄断程度,最后采用泰尔系数分析武汉“8+1”城市圈和鄂西生态文化旅游圈之间的旅游经济发展差异以及各自内部的发展差距。结果表明,湖北省县域旅游经济的绝对差正在扩大而相对差异则趋于稳定；旅游经济存在差异但不存在明显的垄断性,尚处于完全竞争阶段；武汉圈和鄂西圈两大区域之间的差距正在缩小,武汉圈的内部差异呈扩大的趋势,鄂西圈的内部差异则较小且相对稳定。 探讨了空间差异的现状和趋势后,提出了旅游资源禀赋,区位条件,经济环境和区域产业发展政策四种可能引起县际旅游经济发展差距的影响因素。分析结果表明,旅游资源的开发程度很大程度上影响了各地旅游经济的发展；区位优势在一定程度上有助于旅游经济的发展,但作用并不显著；各地经济基础较为显著的影响了旅游经济的发展；一般财政支出显著的影响了各县域的游客接待量；获得新政策支持的鄂西圈宏观和微观层面的增速都明显较快。 最后为缩小差距,保障湖北省旅游经济健康、稳定、科学的发展,针对影响旅游经济发展的主要影响因素,对未来旅游经济建设提出如下建议：发挥增长极辐射作用；建立地方旅游品牌；优化旅游配套设施；整合县域旅游资源。
[Abstract]:Although there is a great deal of research on the spatial difference of tourism economic development at home and abroad, there is little research on the spatial difference of tourism economic development in the county area and its influencing factors, especially the research on Hubei Province is still blank. This paper studies the spatial differences of county tourism economy in Hubei Province from 2008 to 2012. In this paper, 76 county-level regions in Hubei Province are selected as the basic units to study the present situation and trend of spatial differences, and the main factors to form spatial differences are discussed, and the countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the differences are put forward. In the process of studying the present situation and trend of spatial difference, this paper first analyzes the absolute and relative differences between counties of tourism economy in Hubei Province, and then analyzes the aggregation and monopoly degree of tourism economy by using Hefendal coefficient. Finally, the paper analyzes the difference of tourism economic development between Wuhan "8 1" city circle and western Hubei ecocultural tourism circle and their internal development gap by using the Tyr coefficient. The results show that the absolute difference of the county tourism economy in Hubei Province is expanding and the relative difference is tending to be stable, the tourism economy is still in the stage of complete competition because there are differences in tourism economy but there is no obvious monopoly. The gap between Wuhan circle and western Hubei circle is narrowing, the internal difference of Wuhan circle is increasing, and the internal difference of western Hubei circle is small and relatively stable. After discussing the present situation and trend of spatial difference, the paper puts forward four factors that may cause the gap of tourism economic development between counties. The factors of tourism resource endowment, location condition, economic environment and regional industrial development policy are put forward. The results show that the development of tourism resources affects the development of tourism economy to a great extent, the location advantage is helpful to the development of tourism economy to some extent, but the effect is not significant. The local economic base has a significant impact on the development of tourism economy; the general financial expenditure has significantly affected the tourist reception volume in each county; the macro and micro growth rate of the western Hubei circle, supported by the new policy, is obviously fast. Finally, in order to narrow the gap and ensure the healthy, stable and scientific development of the tourism economy in Hubei Province, the paper puts forward the following suggestions for the future tourism economic construction in view of the main factors affecting the development of the tourism economy: to give play to the radiation function of the growth pole; Establish local tourism brand; optimize tourism supporting facilities; integrate county tourism resources.
