福建省旅游服务贸易国际竞争力及影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着世界经济格局的变化,服务贸易在全球贸易中所占的比例越来越大,中国的服务贸易发展却相对缓慢,中国发展最好的服务贸易行业之一——旅游服务贸易,相对于其他发达国家而言国际竞争力并不明显。全国各省份也意识到了这一点,都重点发展旅游服务贸易,本文在此政策环境下,研究福建省旅游服务贸易的国际竞争力问题。本文首先定义本文所用的概念,对相关理论进行阐述,其次对福建省的旅游服务贸易现状进行分析,总结出其特点,然后利用国际市场占有率指数、固定份额模型指数、RCA指数及出口就业效应指数研究其竞争力,并与国内其余省份或自身不同时期比较。结果显示,福建省的旅游服务贸易国际竞争力处于中国中上水平,但出口贡献率较低。再次,采用入境旅游人数、入境旅游住宿人数、旅游外汇收入为因变量,以城市化水平、旅行社数量、星级饭店数、旅游服务业从业人数、政府基础设施资金投入、物价指数及人均收入作为自变量,任意选取三个变量构建VEC模型,研究不同影响因素的组合对因变量的影响,同时研究不同自变量在何种情形下对因变量影响最大。然后建立脉冲响应函数,,研究给予自变量一单位的正向冲击,对因变量的影响。研究结果为旅行社的数量、城市化水平、人均收入、政府资金投入及物价指数对旅游服务贸易国际竞争力的影响较大,星级饭店数对因变量的影响相对较小,而旅游服务业从业人数的影响最小。同时,城市化水平与物价指数或旅行社数量组合时对因变量影响最大。实证结果说明相关产业的发展及经济发展对旅游服务贸易的影响较大,政府可以从这两方面入手,大力推进旅游发展。
[Abstract]:With the change of the world economic pattern, the proportion of service trade in the global trade is increasing, but the development of China's service trade is relatively slow, and one of the best service trade industries in China is tourism service trade. Compared with other developed countries, the international competitiveness is not obvious. All provinces in China are aware of this and focus on developing tourism service trade. Under this policy environment, this paper studies the international competitiveness of Fujian tourism service trade. This paper first defines the concepts used in this paper, expounds the relevant theories, secondly, analyzes the current situation of tourism service trade in Fujian Province, summarizes its characteristics, and then uses the international market share index. The fixed share model index, RCA index and export employment effect index are used to study their competitiveness, and compared with other provinces or their own different periods. The results show that the international competitiveness of tourism service trade in Fujian Province is in the middle and upper level of China, but the export contribution rate is relatively low. Thirdly, using the number of inbound tourism, the number of inbound tourist accommodation, tourism foreign exchange income as dependent variables, the level of urbanization, the number of travel agencies, the number of star hotels, the number of employees in the tourism service industry, government infrastructure investment, Price index and per capita income are regarded as independent variables, and three variables are chosen to construct VEC model. The influence of different factors on dependent variables is studied. At the same time, the influence of different independent variables on dependent variables is studied. Then the impulse response function is established to study the effect of the positive shock given to an independent variable on the dependent variable. The results show that the number of travel agencies, the level of urbanization, per capita income, government capital input and price index have a greater impact on the international competitiveness of tourism services trade, while the number of star hotels has a relatively small impact on the dependent variables. The impact of the number of employees in the tourism service industry is the least. At the same time, the urbanization level and the price index or the number of travel agencies have the greatest impact on the dependent variables. The empirical results show that the development of related industries and economic development have a great impact on tourism service trade, and the government can vigorously promote tourism development from these two aspects.
