十万大山国家森林公园旅游用地可持续利用研究

【摘要】：旅游用地是土地利用的一种方式，是旅游产业中必要的物质基础。然而在旅游用地的开发中，只重视对旅游资源的开发，片面地追求旅游资源带来的经济效益，，而忽视了土地的可持续利用。旅游用地是旅游资源的载体，旅游地的可持续发展有赖于土地资源的可持续利用。因此，对于旅游用地的可持续利用研究是十分有必要的。本文选取广西十万大山国家森林公园作为研究对象。从景区土地利用结构分析、社会发展、经济发展和生态环境这4个方面选取19个评价指标，运用层次分析方法和模糊综合评价法对指标体系进行评价。通过综合评价得出十万大山国家森林公园旅游用地处于基本可持续利用阶段。对评价结果进行分析和结合实地考察发现，十万大山国家森林公园在旅游用地利用过程中存在土地开发和利用率低、旅游用地利用投入产出水平不高、旅游基础设施不够完善、缺乏专业的人才、旅游者和当地社区居民对十万大山国家森林公园生态环境的破坏等问题。针对十万大山国家森林公园旅游用地可持续利用中存在的不足，提出了十万大山国家森林公园旅游用地可持续利用的对策：即需要完善旅游用地的管理政策和做好土地详查工作，加强土地用途管制，合理利用土地，提高管理水平，形成保护土地资源的合力等。通过以上措施保障十万大山国家森林公园旅游用地可持续利用。
[Abstract]:Tourist land is a way of land use and a necessary material basis in tourism industry. However, in the development of tourism land, we only attach importance to the development of tourism resources, and unilaterally pursue the economic benefits brought about by tourism resources, while ignoring the sustainable use of land. Tourism land is the carrier of tourism resources, and the sustainable development of tourist sites depends on the sustainable use of land resources. Therefore, it is necessary to study the sustainable utilization of tourist land. This paper chooses Shiwandashan National Forest Park as the research object. 19 evaluation indexes were selected from four aspects of land use structure analysis, social development, economic development and ecological environment, and the index system was evaluated by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through comprehensive evaluation, it is concluded that the tourist land of National Forest Park is in the basic sustainable use stage. Based on the analysis of the evaluation results and field investigation, it is found that there are low land development and utilization rate, low input and output level of tourism land use, and imperfect tourism infrastructure in Shiwandashan National Forest Park. Lack of professional personnel, tourists and local residents of the National Forest Park ecological damage and other problems. In view of the deficiencies in the sustainable use of tourism land in Shiwandashan National Forest Park, The countermeasures of sustainable utilization of tourist land in Shiwandashan National Forest Park are put forward: it is necessary to perfect the management policy of tourist land, do well the detailed investigation of land use, strengthen the control of land use, make rational use of land, and improve the management level. Form the resultant force of protecting land resources. Through the above measures to ensure the sustainable use of tourism land in National Forest Park.
