基于遗产旅游的瞿昙镇规划设计研究

【摘要】：目前，我国对历史文化名镇非常重视，在保护、发展研究方面做了大量的工作并且取得了一定的成绩，但是对于有历史文化遗产但不是历史文化名镇的一般小城镇的关注不足。此类小城镇处在一定的经济区域中，受到遗产所在地的辐射、扩散和周围农村腹地的多重影响，加之其自身的城镇化发展过程，必然呈现出与一般小城镇不同的发展特征和现象。为此，此类小城镇该如何面对发展中的诸多矛盾，以及如何结合遗产旅游进行发展成为现阶段研究的主要问题。 本文以乐都县瞿昙镇为例,探讨具有遗产旅游资源的小城镇，在发展动力不足的情况下，如何通过合理规划,依托遗产旅游带动城镇发展,形成以旅游发展及其相关产业发展为主导的产业发展模式,在城镇建设与遗产保护之间平衡发展。 文章主要运用理论与实证相结合,静态与动态相关联的方法来分析遗产旅游发展背景下瞿昙镇的规划设计问题。而小城镇的发展本身就是一个动态的过程，所以对小城镇规划设计的研究也应该运用辨证分析与系统研究的方法来分析论证。 本文研究内容主要包括以下几部分：首先从自然环境、社会经济发展、建设环境三个方面分析瞿昙镇现状及发展面临的问题，对未来瞿昙镇依靠发展遗产旅游提出假设。其次剖析瞿昙寺的的遗存构成，，分析旅游展示利用、服务设施及游客现状，论证瞿昙镇发展遗产旅游的潜力。在此基础上就瞿昙寺如何发展遗产旅游提出具体对策：以瞿昙寺为中心，重点发展遗产旅游；开展相关宗教活动，丰富文化体验；加强瞿昙寺及相关文化遗产的展示；旅游产业与其他产业联合发展。最后在瞿昙寺保护的背景下，将这些具体的措施落实在瞿昙镇的规划项目上，以指导瞿昙镇的建设。
[Abstract]:At present, our country attaches great importance to the historical and cultural towns, and has done a lot of work in the field of protection, development and research, but has not paid enough attention to the general small towns which have historical and cultural heritage but are not historical and cultural famous towns. Such small towns are located in certain economic areas, and are affected by the radiation, diffusion and the surrounding rural hinterland of the heritage sites, and their own urbanization and development process. It is inevitable to present different development characteristics and phenomena with small towns in general. Therefore, how to face many contradictions in the development of such small towns and how to combine the development of heritage tourism become the main problems in the present study. Taking qu Yin-zhen, Ledu County, as an example, this paper discusses how to promote the development of small towns with heritage tourism resources through rational planning and relying on heritage tourism. The development model of tourism and its related industries should be formed, and the balance between urban construction and heritage protection should be achieved. This paper mainly uses the combination of theory and practice, static and dynamic correlation method to analyze the planning and design of qu Yin-zhen under the background of heritage tourism development. The development of small towns is itself a dynamic process, so the study of planning and design of small towns should also use dialectical analysis and systematic research methods to analyze and demonstrate. This paper mainly includes the following parts: firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of qu Yizhen's development from three aspects of natural environment, social and economic development and construction environment, and puts forward the hypothesis that qu Yizhen depends on the development of heritage tourism in the future. Secondly, it analyzes the remains of Qutan Temple, analyzes the utilization of tourism display, service facilities and the present situation of tourists, and demonstrates the potential of qu Yin-zhen to develop heritage tourism. On this basis, the author puts forward some specific countermeasures on how to develop the heritage tourism in Qutan Temple: focusing on the development of heritage tourism, carrying out related religious activities to enrich cultural experience, strengthening the display of Qutan Temple and its related cultural heritage, taking the Qutan Temple as the center and focusing on the development of heritage tourism. The tourism industry is developing in association with other industries. Finally, under the background of the protection of Qutan Temple, these concrete measures are put into practice on the planning project of qu Yin-zhen, in order to guide the construction of qu Yin-zhen.
