旅游新区发展研究——以宜昌三峡旅游新区为例

【摘要】：旅游新区是旅游资源优势区城市化的重要抓手,旅游新区发展模式正被许多缺乏大都市与大产业带动能力的城市所青睐。以宜昌三峡旅游新区为例,对其发展条件、存在的问题和对策进行了梳理。研究发现:宜昌三峡旅游新区山水旅游资源优势独特、旅游门户区位良好、宜昌城市功能进化驱动,具有良好的发展基础,但面临着主体多元复杂、行政地位不明、发展思路待解、队伍配备不强、项目推进难度加大、内部整合有待加强等问题。因此,未来宜昌三峡旅游新区需要进一步推动规划引领、制度创新、强化协同、项目建设、空间优化、环境提升。
[Abstract]:The tourism new area is the important grasp of the urbanization of the tourism resources superiority area, the tourism new area development pattern is being favored by many cities which lack the metropolis and the big industry drive ability. Taking the three Gorges tourist area of Yichang as an example, the development conditions, existing problems and countermeasures are combed out. It is found that the tourism resources of the three Gorges tourism area in Yichang are unique, the location of tourism portal is good, the function of Yichang city is driven by evolution, and it has a good foundation of development, but it is faced with multiple and complex subjects, and its administrative position is not clear. Development ideas need to be solved, the team is not strong, the project is more difficult to advance, and the internal integration needs to be strengthened. Therefore, the future Yichang three Gorges tourism new area needs to further promote planning guidance, institutional innovation, strengthen coordination, project construction, space optimization, environmental upgrading.
