抚顺市西露天矿工业旅游开发研究

【摘要】：至2011年底我国已分三批公布了69座资源枯竭城市的名单，随之而来的城市转型、废弃矿山的再生利用等问题慢慢引起了人们的关注。各科学者开始从产业转型、地质灾害预防与治理、废弃矿山再生利用以及景观设计等诸多方面对这些城市进行研究，并力求寻找到一条可持续发展的道路以避免“矿竭城衰”的情况发生。在这样的大环境下，工业旅游以其提供基础岗位众多、可持续发展、环境友好等特性吸引了众人的目光。更多的人开始关注并研究矿山城市转型发展工业旅游的方法和途径。 我国早期对矿山城市和矿山企业的研究集中在各种地质灾害的防治、矿业废水的处理、污染土地的整治上。后来随着工业旅游概念的引入，人们开始从理论和实践两方面同时下手尝试将已关闭的矿山改建成地质公园。随后有人意识到了大地艺术与工业旅游天然的契合性，，遂将其应用到地质公园的景观设计之中。目前在山西、河北等省份已有多个成功案例。我国关于此项的研究已经日趋成熟。 抚顺市西露天矿是正处于衰退转型期的矿山企业。本文采用文献综合以及实地考察等研究方法，通过对前人理论和实践经验的总结，系统的分析了抚顺市西露天矿转型开发工业旅游存在哪些问题、有什么样的基础和动力并提出解决方法，最后尝试性的做出开发构想。并为以后抚顺市全城全域发展工业旅游提供理论和实践的参考。
[Abstract]:By the end of 2011, the list of 69 resource-exhausted cities had been published in three batches, and the following urban transformation and recycling of abandoned mines had gradually attracted people's attention. Scholars began to study these cities from many aspects, such as industrial transformation, prevention and management of geological disasters, recycling of abandoned mines and landscape design, and strive to find a way of sustainable development in order to avoid the occurrence of "exhausted city decline". In such an environment, industrial tourism has attracted the attention of people because of its many basic posts, sustainable development, environmental friendliness and so on. More people begin to pay attention to and study the methods and ways of transforming and developing industrial tourism in mining cities. The early research on mine cities and mining enterprises in China focused on the prevention and control of various geological disasters, the treatment of mining wastewater and the treatment of contaminated land. Later, with the introduction of the concept of industrial tourism, people began to try to convert the closed mines into geological parks from both theoretical and practical aspects. Then some people realized the natural agreement between earth art and industrial tourism, so they applied it to the landscape design of geological park. At present, there are many successful cases in Shanxi, Hebei and other provinces. The research on this in our country has become more and more mature. Fushun West Open Pit Mine is a mining enterprise in the period of recession. By using the methods of literature synthesis and field investigation, this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the transformation and development of industrial tourism in Fushun West Open Pit Mine by summing up the previous theory and practical experience, and puts forward some solutions. Finally, the author tries to make a tentative development conception. And for the future Fushun city regional development of industrial tourism to provide theoretical and practical reference.
