基于G1-DEMATEL的智慧旅游城市建设影响因素识别研究

【摘要】：以智慧旅游城市建设为切入点,重点研究智慧旅游城市建设的影响因素,通过将G1与DEMATEL两种方法相结合,构建了影响因素的识别模型,并选择了15项影响因素进行具体分析。结果显示:旅游企业信息化方案、旅游企业智慧基础设施建设、旅游企业信息更新效率、财政科技支出水平、基础网络覆盖率、旅游云服务平台建设、旅游网站平台建设7个因素在智慧旅游城市建设中直接发挥作用,并影响其他因素发挥间接作用;旅游企业信息更新效率、旅游云服务平台建设、旅游网站平台建设3个因素对智慧旅游城市建设作用最大,智慧旅游城市的建设应该更多地关注将信息化与旅游产业有机融合,从而使信息化为旅游产业发展贡献更大的力量,使智慧旅游成为游客出行便捷服务的工具。
[Abstract]:Taking the construction of intelligent tourism city as the starting point, this paper focuses on the influencing factors of intelligent tourism city construction. By combining G _ 1 and DEMATEL, the identification model of influencing factors is constructed, and 15 influencing factors are selected for concrete analysis. The results show that the information scheme of tourism enterprises, the construction of intelligent infrastructure of tourism enterprises, the efficiency of information renewal of tourism enterprises, the level of financial expenditure on science and technology, the coverage of basic networks, the construction of tourism cloud service platform and the construction of tourism website platform play a direct role in the construction of intelligent tourism cities, and other factors play an indirect role. The information renewal efficiency of tourism enterprises, the construction of tourism cloud service platform and the construction of tourism website platform play the most important role in the construction of intelligent tourism city. The construction of intelligent tourism city should pay more attention to the organic integration of information and tourism industry, so that informatization can contribute more power to the development of tourism industry and make intelligent tourism become a tool for tourists to travel conveniently.
