火力发电企业人力资源现状及其对策

【摘要】：为提升员工队伍素质,围绕公司的发展方向和生产经营重点、难点,需要构建系统的人才培训网络,采取形式多样的培训方式,但是当前的火力发电企业人力资源仍旧存在一定的弊端,需要强化对其的教育培训。文章是针对目前火力发电企业人力资源发展的状况及加强教育培训的意义,展开深入全面的探究,并且提出针对性建议,以资相关人员参考。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of the staff, it is necessary to set up a systematic network of personnel training and adopt various training methods around the development direction of the company and the key and difficult points of production and management. However, the current human resources of thermal power enterprises still have some drawbacks, which need to be strengthened in education and training. This article is aimed at the current situation of human resources development of thermal power enterprises and the significance of strengthening education and training. Carry out a thorough and comprehensive exploration, and put forward targeted recommendations to the relevant personnel for reference.
