【摘要】:在这经济高速运转的时代,各个企业对人才的需要愈加强烈,人才这一特殊资源,也越来越被高度重视,企业之间的竞争可以理解为人才的竞争,员工都希望自己能够找到一份适合的工作,喜欢所从事的工作和共事的人,在工作中可以体现自我价值,员工和领导之间存在信任和尊重。本文对人力资源管理和组织吸引力进行了探究,并分析了它们之间的相互作用。
[Abstract]:In this era of high-speed economic operation, each enterprise needs more and more talents, the special resource of talent is paid more and more attention to, the competition between enterprises can be understood as the competition of talents. Employees want to be able to find a suitable job, like what they do and the people they work with, and show their self-worth in their work. There is trust and respect between employees and leaders. This paper explores human resource management and organizational attractiveness and analyzes their interaction.
